Ok people we are self employed and work ..... silly hrs 60 / 70 are normal per week . I ain't got time to watch the crap that these Muppet's put out on the telly ? I received a knock on my door this evening by a guy with a clip board .... struggling to speak English ? Telling me that my TV license has expired ? ---------------------------------------------------- So I reply with yes it probably has ....... I /we work full-time and ain't got the energy to even watch general TV of an evening . He reply's with ...... let me into your home so I can validate this ? him being very pushy . ----------------------------------------------------- Flip side of the coin is that I now enter the conversation and take over from my good lady ... after my hot bath and this door knockers crap I,m like raging . So if anybody could enlighten me on these matters it would be very much appreciated . Thanks Paul

I am your typical yo -yo diet boy . My heaviest weight last year was 14st 10lb at a height of 5ft 7 " and aged 44 . Ok I love my squatting and regularly blast out reps of 160kg / 180kg for 30 /40 reps . Although only recently I have realized that heavy carbs do not sit well with me . I did dabble with carb restriction last year but i was not educated enough to fully understand it . This year I am on point . Obviously Christmas chucked a massive spanner in the works lol . We have the biggest Tirfor the TU32 ...heavy duty version , which has no shear pins fitted This is ace for a mammoth pull although day to day use the smaller 1600kg Tirfor is a winner . Our little diamond lives in the van .

Cheap and cheerful are not words that should be associated with a machine under so much stress . Cheap chippers exist ....and can be found easily . Although your repair /maintenance bill maybe more than the original purchase price .
