  1. It’s not. I have the Stihl bar and chain on mine.
  2. I liked the 150, but every one I knew suffered from the switch failing and having to be choked off. The 2511 outcuts it by a mile with the right bar and chain combo. (The Stihl one!). The original carbs were a bit dodgy, long since replaced.
  3. Heavier than the 2511 and less powerful. Great choice.
  4. They’re shite. Get an Echo 2511 TES.
  5. Just so it can be handballed I reckon.
  6. I thought it was taking me ages…. 🤦‍♂️
  7. I bought a Titan breaker recently on the strength of borrowing my friends for a day. Seems very well made for the money. Heavy and a bit vibey, but it’s a breaker not a duster!
  8. Is this for work mate, or have you moved again?
  9. He’s got to win, to take him one step further towards the John Fury fight.
  10. Same reason f***wits build houses next to trees I suppose.

Will may well have sussed it. Imagine having enough pull to snap a 2.8t rated rope on your bridge? I won’t complain so much about my harness occasionally nipping my nuts in future….
  12. @josharb87 also has good contacts there.
  13. If you stood it back up it would fail again anyway because the rootplate is obviously compromised. Pics would help.
  14. They’re nice takedowns Mick. ’Giving it a light trim because it’s getting a bit big’ not so much.
  15. I said distant future mate. Dream big! Everyone knows we earn a fortune. ’£500 just to take that tree down, you must be loaded!’
  16. Seriously, I would take the whole thing out now and replace it with a better specimen. Preferably one that’s not a Eucalyptus. Nice trees, but nothing but bother.
  17. So small-minded Will. The weak stem might fail one day in the distant future as you drive past it on holiday, and put a nasty dent in your Bentley.
  18. Just leave it alone. Think about the next generation of arbs.
  19. Do you need the car for family etc., or purely for work?
  20. Perfectly captured David. That’s Mick Stockbridge on the horse.
  21. It certainly looks pretty sketchy. You can hire a MEWP with an operator. He puts you where you want to be, you cut. Most have 2 man cages. Down here that hire would be £450/day.
