  1. Sailor slips into the minimum wage bracket. For U16’s. Invoice - staff, £240.
  2. Should have tested myself with VULVA. Wordle 1,035 3/6 ⬜⬜🟩🟩⬜ ⬜🟨🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  3. ‘Wordle? Completed it mate.’ Jules, you’re an intelligent man. The fact you got it in one once means f-all. The best days are actually the 5/6’s when you get frustrated and can actually feel your brain working. I got it in one last week because I’d seen my mates attempt, knew his likely source word, and guessed lucky with a massive head start. It was shit. There are sites giving ‘Wordle clues’. WTF? It’s now just me, on the shitter, 6.35, no clues, let battle commence. I may take to pen and paper, I may take 8 hours. It’s just the way it is. I usually choose a source word with S, A and E, so MOIST might provide a challenge tomorrow, but I’ll give it a bash.
  4. That ruins your day Mick, like when I saw my mates attempt first. We will have to self-ban ourselves from this thread until we’ve completed it every day.
  5. Reducing the crown is absolutely the last thing you should do to an ash. The regen is more susceptible to Chalara. It’s got terrible form anyway with that bent trunk and weak union. I would fell it, preferably today.
  6. Wordle 1,034 3/6 ⬜🟨🟨🟨⬜ 🟨🟩⬜🟩⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  7. I haven’t done it yet mate, which one did you use? 😀
  8. Jesus Don, that had some timber in it!
  9. Made hard work of that. Wordle 1,033 5/6 ⬜⬜⬜⬜🟩 ⬜⬜⬜⬜🟩 ⬜⬜⬜⬜🟩 ⬜🟨🟨🟨🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  10. I’ve got one. The saw is good, but the Sintung lopping head is awful. I bastardised a Bahco one to fit instead. Now got Jameson pole set, which gets far more use.
  11. Should have closed the deal earlier! Wordle 1,032 5/6 🟩⬜⬜🟨🟩 🟩⬜🟩⬜🟩 🟩⬜🟩🟩🟩 🟩⬜🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  12. Direct Line have been good for me in the past but they bumped it up 50% this year so I went over to NFU. The price comparison sites were awful.
  13. Wordle 1,031 4/6 ⬜🟨🟨⬜⬜ ⬜⬜🟨🟨🟨 🟨⬜🟨🟨⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  14. Good thread Tom. I knew this because I’m a nerd, but how many don’t? It’s hardly well publicised is it? Like Dan (Monkeybusiness), I feel I can slip in on the exemption. I do deliver logs and chip, but they are mine! When I’ve tipped them off and been paid, they’re not, but I’m empty. Officer.
  15. Definitely seemed to have turned a corner in Kent.
  16. Still, I’m off out to stock up on bog roll and pasta before all the idiots start panic buying.
  17. What sort of trousers did you keep them in Mick?
  18. Wordle 1,030 3/6 ⬜🟨⬜⬜⬜ 🟨🟩⬜🟩🟨 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  19. True, but it’s more crushing injuries than saw work I’m worried about.
  20. The mad bastard has removed the guard!
