  1. DBH was on point Jesse! Amazing.
  2. New big boy tyres on the Worky Quad made for an easy day. 150m drag, 2 truck loads.
  3. Hornbeam shape will be nice in leaf Mick. And that’s all I’ve got to say about that.
  4. OK then, we’ll all stop doing it.
  5. Wordle 1,306 4/6 ⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜ 🟨🟨⬜⬜🟨 ⬜🟨🟨🟩⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  6. Fair play to you Knoydart, you’ve fought your corner pretty well here. 👍
  7. The plate may well drop back in after you sever the butt. You could then flush the stump and winch it back over the top. Especially if you lay a few logs down first to keep the butt high. As per your diagram, but on the hung up side of the stump. Put them both sides for good measure!
  8. L&S Engineers have Oregon starter cord from 3mm up to 6mm. Skyland also have a pretty good range of the thinner stuff.
  9. They’re ex-demonstrators, I’ll check psi tomorrow, but yes, I’ll bet it’s pretty low.
  10. I whacked 250 in them, that’s all my gauge has got.
  11. They’ll never take me alive.
  12. There’s plenty of power to turn the wheels Mick. I’m not racing. COG is raised, but the platform is more stable. Also gain a couple of inches in lift height, which will be handy for clearing the tailgate. Pretty sure the pros will outweigh the cons. Forgot to get a picture of me in my new F1 boiler suit doing the wheel changes.
  13. I’ve always wanted 8” more girth.
  14. @doobin can probably advise. New wheels arrived today. Swapped them out and went for a spin across the very wet park. The difference is night and day. Only flattened the wet grass. Game changer! Thanks to Will at Stag Machinery for sorting them out for me.
  15. Bollocks. Wordle 1,305 X/6 🟨⬜⬜⬜⬜ ⬜⬜⬜🟨⬜ ⬜🟩⬜⬜🟩 ⬜🟩⬜⬜🟩 ⬜🟩⬜⬜🟩 ⬜🟩🟨⬜🟩
  16. RPA is typically 12x trunk diameter. This should at least give you a ballpark of if you can dig or not. There has been a big shift over to demanding porous or at least semi-porous drive surfaces now, so that’s something that’s also worth checking.
  17. Lost my mind on 2&3. Wordle 1,304 5/6 ⬜⬜⬜🟩⬜ 🟨🟨⬜⬜⬜ 🟨⬜⬜⬜🟨 ⬜🟩🟩🟩⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  18. Aye, I’d be wary of those sites. My big cock tablets haven’t worked yet anyway.
  19. Got a link?!!!!
  20. @Rich Rule and @David Humphries may also have some good suggestions if they see this Peter.
  21. Also, the further out of London you stay the easier it will be to stay overnight without any hassle.
  22. Nonington is a little way out of London Peter, near Canterbury. It’s probably less than 30 minutes when you get off the ferry. There is a pretty special oak tree there. Pedunculate Oak - 1269 - Kent Heritage Trees Project KENTHERITAGETREES.TCV.ORG.UK
  23. Are yours in a poly tunnel @MattyF?
  24. I do get your sentiment Alex, and if I was doing big stuff all the time I’d be very interested in the AWAH. It’s different for contract climbers than for the mainly domestic smaller stuff I do, busy conifers and suchlike.
