  1. I would say yes, but I’m sure Jules @daltontrees will be able to confirm.
  2. Very nice again. I like this kid. Calm in a crisis, isn’t he?
  3. I think what skews it as well is everyone thinking a ‘tonne bag’ is 1m3. Yes, I know they exist and yes, I know bags stretch, but most bags are 0.8mx0.8mx0.8m, which is 0.512m3 level. Most sellers round here says it’s 0.8m3 though! I’d say 1.5m3/tonne probably isn’t too far out. I’m extremely glad I don’t buy in!

  5. Nice one Steve. What did you replace it with, and what are your hopes for it? Don’t say another million quid, that will be 2027!
  6. It’s pretty sad mate. Good memories of polishing our school shoes with Dad on a Sunday evening. The smell of Kiwi always reminds me of this. Alas, doesn’t really happen with my kids these days. Still got an old school shoe care box, mind. Mainly the Dubbin and Nikwax getting a workout now.
  7. Bit of a struggle after a good start. Wordle 1,270 4/6 ⬜🟨🟨⬜🟨 🟨🟨🟨⬜⬜ 🟨🟩⬜⬜🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  8. THAT is going NOWHERE!
  9. Was that DJ?
  10. He also seems pretty calm and relaxed. Basically the opposite of me in a tree.
  11. I think a gob provides more control, especially with a chunky hinge. You can always nibble more off, you can’t put it back on.

  13. Very nice! Try doing that with a capstan!
  14. Not working for me mate?
  15. That hangover must be a real doozy mate.
  16. This is from 2022 Eddie.
  17. You could try taking the bottom half off instead.

  19. It’s easy for you though because they’re more worried about your guns.

  21. I know what you mean. We just seem to work harder and harder to buy shite that is meant to make our lives easier. Not all tech is an improvement anyway. To flip the back seats down in my Fiesta I press two levers and gently push the seats down. It takes about 4 seconds and a granny could do it (and has!). My wife’s Discovery had an electric version. It broke, and they had the car in for 7 weeks to fix. Progress?
  22. You’ve got them up there as well then? Bit of a run on them down here in Kent. Can’t believe anyone would ever consider taking them, not even legal tender. I often come back from Northumberland with Scottish notes, but struggle spending a fiver locally.
  23. Can you lose the VAT for cash?
  24. Where on earth did you manage to get that secret picture of me from?
