  1. Just given the little splitter a touch-up with some anti-theft spray. Suits you Sir!
  2. Both pretty shite in a county with an average house price of £265k.
  3. I totally agree with that as well Mull, and I'm not being hypocritical. Down here £20k is survival, £25k allows living.
  4. Geoff, here's a virtual tickle of the balls goodnight you old bastard. Sweet dreams. -
  5. Arborist, Badger, who needs real mates when I've got internet mates? Itorch deleted. Thank you. Some good ideas on this thread mate, I'll come back when I'm sober.
  6. Kev why is a member of the fire brigade stuffing things in a teeny chipper? With the customers blessing I'd pay a waller a day to bust the wall out, fell the stick through the gap, then make good after. I'm such a big fan of shortcuts these days though I might as well be a traveller. Hang on a minute, I'm from Northumberland and live in Kent, and my first home was a caravan....
  7. Joking aside Will, I've got the 6. Is there an inbuilt facility? If there is I'll delete the app. Cluttered up too many phones with gimmicky apps in the past. Choose wisely.
  8. 🍻 What Arbtalk is all about for me.
  9. Unpainted for me mate. I think painting it could disguise the wood. It could be plastic. Next thing you'll be opening a factory in China. Nothing wrong with Chinese manufacturing, mind. I've just had some belting salt and chilli tiger prawns with special chow mein.
  10. Bark stripped stuff sure makes a big difference, but above a certain diameter I reckon 'seasoned cord' is a bit of a Unicorn.
  11. Just wear your clip and step boots whenever you're climbing.
  12. Fair play mate! How did you deal with the stick?
  13. Yes Felix, it's 'brushwood relocation operative', you idiot.
  14. Most pro outfits would charge between £350-£600 per day for a two man team (one climbing), with a chipper and tipper. If you try and establish a business charging £150, you'll just p-off all your early customer base when you start charging realistic money.
  15. Good plan Richie, get stocked up before all the morons start panic buying!
  16. You'll have no tools when they're all knackered and you're skint.
  17. Cheers Mark, Caritools here this morning. Hope you had a good drive back. I found one of your socks under the wife's side of the bed though?
