Easier to transport stokboard for me Pete. I can get 40m of roadway and the loader on the back of the Transit. Trakmats are great, but they are bloody heavy!

This sycamore came down at Christmas, luckily only some shrub damage, and a few fence posts to fix. One of my favourite customers who have a lovely house in about 5 acres of woodland with some spectacular trees. (James Bond carp pond @Rich Rule!). Did some prep last week then got the Worky Quad into action today. Stokboard motorway for the win across the lawn. 2 more days busting it up and hauling the heavy back to the yard.

I had a bit of a result on my football acca yesterday, so rather than spunk the winnings on excess I’ve decided to treat myself to a Henchman pro tripod ladder. I’m leaning towards 10’ rather than 8’. Does anyone find the 10’ too unwieldy? Not interested in longer because it would be a ballache to fit in the Transit. Cheers.
