  1. It's been crazy down here for the last few years mate. If I caught someone trying to nick my dog it would be the one situation where I wouldn't be responsible for my actions. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  2. Really hope he gets home Duncan. Just had my lab chip scanned and the chip had migrated from her scruff down to her lower chest over 9 years. Had her re-chipped just to be on the safe side. Definitely worth getting the chip checked annually. Has your sister got local posters up? Can be easy reward money for the thieves, but she gets her dog back. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  3. Did it not muller the lower roof when you released it? Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  4. I think I'll buy some brand new stuff with a splice and save myself a few hundred quid.
  5. You can order them online. Google 'Aldi soft shell fishing jacket '. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  6. I like that. What did you finish the timber with? Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  7. Damn you Newton. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  8. There's a good one of Adam Bourne doing an oak reduction on here somewhere. Helmet cam, like, but gives a good overview of redirects etc. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  9. I'm married. Hip thrusting is banned as well. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  10. Of course I don't mean them! I mean the people trying to block SRT to sell their outdated overpriced bling instead. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  11. It would show people that money-grabbing pricks shouldn't be allowed to influence how comps are run. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  12. To be honest Dilz the best way forward would be if that noone entered the competition.
  13. Thanks Tom, much more clarity now. I would go with Fens suggestion below your last post. Reduction isn't really an option with this species, and sadly, in your situation a removal seems prudent. Do check for a TPO though, and replanting some decent specimens in more sensible locations would be a nice gesture. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  14. You've probably come across more rings than anyone else Jesse, so I think we should all listen to you when you talk about things like friction, stretch, bad taste in the mouth and mature. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  15. You can, it's just bloody difficult. I've done it when I've left the RW in my bag deliberately.* * Forgotten it. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  16. Crabby crotches have suited me in the past when I've been struggling to dump a load. You can stick to your dirty cougars. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  17. Using swing cheek puppies is just cruel. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  18. I don't think they are a step back, but they would be if you didn't have blocks in your kitbag as well. I don't have any, because I have muckle knots in some of my rigging lines instead of splices. I still use crotches or krabs if it suits the situation. Whatever the job demands to finish quick and safe. Jesse I have some 9 year old Portland Braid that I could use a tight splice in if you fancy it? We've hardly ever used it for towing. 19. How old is the tree? How old is the line run? How old is the house? How long have you lived there? Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  20. Here's Rich rigging down a head with the invisible X-ring Beast Bastard Pulley setup I spliced for him. £450 if anyone wants one, + 10x440ml Stella fridge pack delivery. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  21. Oh dear! I hope nothing was too badly damaged Alex? Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  22. Is he talking about the MEWP having a current LOLER ticket?
  23. It's fit for purpose, why not? Getting totally knackered by expending energy bouncing up and down isn't Very H&S compliant to me. Plenty of people using GRCS's on LA contracts....
  24. If that's you quite enjoying yourself Chris I wouldn't fancy meeting you if you were in a mood.
