  2. With respect Ed, all you’ve achieved so far is what any half decent climber would have done in the first five minutes, so don’t expect any zero’s to come tumbling off the quote. Are you removing them now you’ve started at the bottom, or are you still intent on topping them? Or an interesting mixture of both?
  3. Yes, all a bit dull after the Nate video.
  4. Another one to check, thanks mate.
  5. Second hand would be a huge bonus for sure.
  6. Yes mate, called them first. None in, don’t know when they can get them in.
  7. Mascus have this one on their site mate, in Exeter. £4.5k + VAT!
  8. Worth a call mate, yes, the P6 isn’t man enough. Mick, easy enough on the flat, but I have quite a steep drive in front of the workshop. It’s nice to be able to shove stuff around without hitching up sometimes. This GH64 just ticks every box. I’m not in a mad panic for it, luckily.
  9. I haven’t got time Dan. I’m busy taking some connies down off a ladder wearing a motorcycle suit.
  10. It’s nothing to do with brand loyalty or anything daft. No one else seems to offer a plant trailer with a 6x4 bed, bucket rest, 1230kg payload and tailgate ramp that will snug up in the workshop with my other stuff with a 3m x 1.8m overall footprint. 240kg bare and single axle also means it’s easy to handball about on my own. I’ve got a 10 x 5 Ifor on loan at the minute and the space it takes up is ridiculous.
  11. Thanks mate, just called them. They have a couple on order, next January at least.
  12. If anyone wants to sell one or knows someone who does please get in touch. Really niche little trailer that is perfect for both my machine and specific workshop set up. Not interested in any other models, thanks.
  13. I’ve got no problem with a bit of DIY mate, it’s how most of us probably started! This is different level out of depthness though.
  14. You will need insurance and certification DSC1 and DSC2.
  15. That’s sad. My brother used to drive him about for a bit, always said he was a really decent bloke. RIP Terry McCann
  16. For once in my life Joe I was totally blameless. I was only 4 pints in, my nephew was on double figures by then.
  17. I was in a portaloo outside Twickenham on Saturday, where we’d gone for my brothers 50th for the Army v Navy. My drunken nephew decided it would be fun to tip it over. Hilarious.
  18. They’re ali Dan, 33kg. I can lift that with my cock.
  19. I say this for your own good Ed, your’e better off investing your time and money in getting yourself a new job. Save some money, get some pros in to remove them completely, and plant something more appealing that you can keep on top of yourself. Removal won’t double the quote of topping. ’Topping’ that one tree to 10’ yourself will make sod-all difference to the price, it will almost certainly kill it, will achieve nothing and you will hurt yourself or something around you. Anyone who has suggested suitable handsaws etc. should hang their heads in shame. This is a pro site, where amateurs are very welcome to accept (FREE) pro advice. None of us have got anything to gain by this, unless they live within about 2 miles away from you in London. It was pretty big last time I was there. You come across as pretty intelligent, don’t become another accident statistic. Also, those trees are probably full of nesting pigeons and doves right now, which is another minefield….
  20. Luckily I’d stacked a few bigger jobs up purposely until I got the machine. Worky Quad also state that the manual must be on the machine at all times, in the tube, same as on my Timberwolf. Slight problem is there doesn’t appear to be a tube? Not a massive problem, it can live in my porn mag rack I’ve fabbed up, with hands-free page turner, next to my tinny holder.
  21. Cheers Ben. I won’t be dragging, I can assure you. We’re on a mini loader thread….
