    Yeah read that when it first happened, you just have to go direct to the states for now,bit of a pain but that's life for now.

    Could be a few things, crap driving by the user, forst choosing a crap axel or the axel manafacturing not been up to par. At least there doing something about it.

    I sacked them 4 yrs ago jon and lost no work! Says it all really. Yell were on a hiding to know where when the Internet kicked off and as mark says they lie like dormant siphalus!

    Thats a fair comment and your right,typing and emailing is a bit binding,I'm 50/50 verbal,written if its a straight forward single item job then I go verbal, if it's multi parts to a job I go written via email as I have had a couple of times customers have tried it on . Job I quoted yesterday had 7 bits to it!

    Any one can buy work, I have lost a few recently as there are loads of guys buying work, being a busy fool is easy!!!
