  1. Wooooah there Two threads with the same question is counter productive
  2. Well you are going to need a tandem pump, one circuit for each splitter but that's the least of your problems The existing ram and pipework will be matched to the pump so speeding up the cycle time might not be as simple as chucking a load more oil at the problem. What's the specification on the existing set up
  3. Great ass??? Where did you see it?
  4. The law
  5. Come to Manchester:laugh1: Bin bag full of cats' heads discovered near Manchester's Curry Mile - Home News - UK - The Independent
  6. I have the greatest respect for fish, well at least for the ones I catch and eat
  7. Quite right but it was ever thus, if you bought a car without tax there was always a temptation to leave it till the end of the month. For those saying you would get fined and didn't know etc, today I got a reminder through and the changes are written on the OUTSIDE of the letter
  8. It could be said that if you respected other people you would leave that text type alone but that's just my point of view. Wildlife in the UK doesn't pre date human occupation and if you want to have a go at anyone about affecting UK wildlife start at the top and have a go at farming. You cite the killing of a rare bird, there is a reason that certain species are scarce and for the most part that reason is mans wider activities, cats are just a small factor of that. Have you seen a dodo lately? Lapwings were a common sight when I was a kid, now they end up in the bailer. Many upper tier predators were (allegedly still are) deliberately targeted by man. The Kingfisher at the start of this thread is only making a comeback because our waterways are recovering from an industrial past. Mans activities are the very reason we domesticated cats, they are a useful vermin control tool. You cite certain facts from the RSPB but you have to accept that they have a vested interest in the "bird" camp. I question the stats they provide. We own a cat, its 14 years old and regularly brings in rodents, mostly mice with the occasional rat or vole, in all that time it brought in 1 bird. Now I accept that's a statistically flawed model but its fact nonetheless.
  9. its not waxoil it is some sort of stone chip paint
  10. You said you charged the battery, wont start, charge battery, will start = bad battery.
  11. Ahem Its been parked for three weeks and now just makes a clicking noise, has it developed an earth fault while sat doing nothing or is the battery knackered?
  12. I don't really give much of a "care", I cut trees down for a living, this week I have destroyed some particularly nice trees. I think moaning about a cat doing what comes naturally would be a bit hypocritical. Our cat brings in rodents, it only bothers me that they are flea ridden, the cat gets them and passes them on to the dogs, frontline isn't cheap.
  13. It's probably not, jump start it
  14. You don't understand this? Livestock has a monetary value and it belongs to someone By comparison wildlife is valueless Cats eat small animals. It's all part of the food chain, it's in a cats nature to hunt, killing something because it hunts is un natural unless it's hunting your livestock:thumbdown:
  15. Fixed that for you:lol:
  16. What if the keeper is a limited company? that's not even a person. Who cares, do you own a fleet? Why are you so bothered about this?
  17. Have a rummage around at the back, there will be a socket on the loom
  18. Let's start with tyres, make sure they are load rated and have the correct speed index Moving up to axles, you will find on the vehicle plate or in the handbook the maximum load allowed per axle, the sum of the axle weights is the maximum authorised mass (MAM) of the vehicle or trailer. The vehicle will have a maximum gross train weight (GTW) declared on the vehicle plate or in the handbook, the GTW lof the vehicle less the vehicle MAM is the MAM of the trailer. Axle weight = the most an individual axle on a vehicle is allowed to weigh MAM = the most the vehicle (or trailer) and it's load combined are allowed to weigh GTW = the most the vehicle, it's trailer and thier combined loads are allowed to weigh.
  19. If you are going to forget to tax the car what else are you going to forget about. If you cant remember to tax our car, get the bus. They don't publicise the MOT requirement but I still manage to remember the date of mine. I have in the past bought many cars that didn't have a tax disc, I never forgot to tax any of them. Its unlikely you will get "pulled", they don't need to do that, they have ANPR for that.
  20. You don't, the people with the power to enforce do that, but if you want to check a vehicles insurance askMID
  21. Never heard of ANPR??????
  22. Salt draws moisture out of the air hygroscopic
  23. Just checked mine and my SJ. Can't find any cracks in either:laugh1: Oi Petzl.....Not good enough
  24. Early is on time.......... On time is late........... Late is unacceptable.......
  25. Buy once, buy Bashlin
