  3. Don't use the tins with there own nozzle there is far too much comes out, get yourself an applicator gun and cans to suit you can then adjust how much you use, cans go so much further as well. Buy gun cleaner at the same time though

  10. I have not seen Scott for ages the last I heard he was off the grid!! Just training at a small mma place my mate has, been just building my fitness back up with the bag and pads, been enjoying it 👍 Rickson seminar was great,quite interesting meeting a legend 😊
