  1. Insurance is mental I don't know how it's worked out, lycetts were the most expensive I've come accross!!! Tree surgeon insurance who advertise on the right hand side of the forum gave the best deal when I renewed.
  2. Fluxs mirrors my no claim bonus on 3 different vehicles, they were half the price of the nfu for the mog.
  3. Try Adrian flux I have a few vehicles with them, i always find them very reasonable.

  10. mine was dragged out of the workshop today its been in there for over a year ( fired third pull with the old petrol in it ) the only reason i took it was i could not be bothered to hook the chipper on and reverse it up the drive to the job. performed faultless as always
  11. That not technically tree work though is it Tim, I would still drive the mog but I would be in clean clothes blasting out big black and driving to tescos for the messages. 😄

  16. nice one mate, as i said if it works for you stick with it.
  17. It only works if you are still strict with your calorie intake on the 5, studies showed that some put weight on!! Simply because they felt they could eat what they wanted on the 5 so in total even taking into account the 2 fasting days there calorie intake over the 7 was still too high, plus as posted some felt lethargic on the 2 so burn even less calories. I'm sure like all of these diets etc, it works for some and not for others. 5 small meals daily worked for me and keeps you body in a higher metabolic rate, it also keeps the hunger at bay this combined with drinking lots of water, you then have one cheat day were you can eat a bit more. Good luck with it.
