  3. heres one for a free holiday all inclusive the time you spend away depends on what you chose to do prior to booking:lol: Barlinnie Prison | STV Video
  4. wow gorgeous!!i bet you can pass everything but a petrol station. i used to put 5.7 chevy lumps in most things last one was a capri running through a cossy box and a stang back axle, when you nailed it in 5 th gear it driffted out. good times:thumbup: then the kids came along so i sold it and had to grow up
  5. You know what they say luck is : Labour Under Correct Knowledge i agree with skyhuck you make your own.
  6. that was a tragic accident what made it worst was the police said not to travel but the school sent the bus anyway, they apparently had too much pressure from the parents to not cancel the trip. I also heard the fireman on the scene was the father of the girl that died, i hope that is not true as that is a horrendous twist of fate. thoughts are with her family a terrible waste of life.
  7. good video that Ben:thumbup: Just day to day tree surgery, get them down and get home with no one hurt, jobs a good un:thumbup1:
  8. left hook?
  9. Charlie i have a camon chipper that runs a honda 24hp engine possible the same as the entec i use a 895 battery (that battery gets used in a lot of ride on grass cutters) its small about the size of a bike battery 200 amps cold cranking performance and 26 (ah). hope that helps.
  10. Bulldog is a good rake i was waiting on the old trigger joke from someone of ive had the same rake for years its had 6 new handles and 4 new heads:001_rolleyes: im with stevie on this though a slight scrape with the rake then 120mph tidy up blown under anything that stands still long enough.
  11. very true mate, but its the same with most moves in martial arts lots of different styles have the same move called a different name. my philosophy is if it works use it who cares what its called, your Hapkido comp looks fun:thumbup:
  12. really interesting mate i know that as an Achilles lock or calf slicer. this below was what i know as a figure four foot lock although ive never done it in camo clothes but it was the only picture i could find:biggrin:
  13. That's rubbish mate i hope your claim gets resolved quick.
  14. Trained for years in many arts had a some mma fights had some grappling matches mostly brazilian jiu jitsu and no-gi submission wrestling also some boxing fights. Win some lost some its all part of the game love the chess game aspect of martial arts and the respect of the traditional ways. Follow the mma scene and have done for years its great As mozza says its great to have a few mma fans on here Mark its a foot lock, you isolate the ankle then rotate the foot using your arms and hands in a figure four pattern until you stretch the tendons its mega sore when they are properly applied, you tube figure four lock mate
  15. the last game i played liam was space invaders in the taxi office in 1985 has it changed much?? i would not know where to start with a fancy phone i only got one that takes pictures this year my kids have a wii and a ds but ive never had a shot i just watch them and read my book.
  16. i dont see the point of taking an all singing all dancing phone to your work:confused1: Surly all it needs to do is accept/make calls and texts, why would you need to know how to play the piano or find a knitting pattern at your work:lol: i use a samsung one dont even know the model and have it in a case, job done.
  17. Its a roller coaster mate sometimes they sleep sometimes they dont, thats part of the fun Dont wish it away though, she will be up and running about before you know it, enjoy every second. Im just back from the sauna myself as its snowing here ive 2 jobs to do this week then thats me off till i get back from oz, good luck with the site price:thumbup:
  18. that sounds like a Frankie Boyle come back. Hows your sleep pattern Tom upside down or ok?
  19. You need to wrap that landy of yours in I beams to stop it getting damaged in all the crashes you have had!! Or use some money for a new pair of specs
  20. ive done a couple but i need to do it alot more it kills my hands though, i looked like i had a couple of lobster claws after it instead of hands they all seized up:thumbdown: good on you dean its a fantastic skill to learn.
  21. I could not get on with the VT it was a bit temperamental for me, but i did loved the climbing style (the hand over hand) so i tried other hitches and settled on a howard hitch. i find i dont need to set it as much as the VT and it bites everytime. As Rich says you have to move with the times or at least try these techniques as some are defiantly beneficial to your day to day workings.
  22. Frank mir broke Tim Sylvia arm with an arm bar it snapped his Radius, the arm bar usually tears the tendon on the inner arm first as you are hyper extending the arm. a kimora is what will pop the shoulder or an americano/key lock. Are we talking to Alex Reid the mma fighter who ive watched many times fight or is it just coincidence you have the same name mate? if so were do you train buddy and you had many fights pm me if you dont want the information on the forum. cheers Robert
  23. thats mad!!! i know when the scrap value was up all the drain covers were removed in a housing estate not far from me and some old lady fell down one and broke her hip. these thieves need sorted out.
  24. cool, hope you enjoy it
  25. Guru lol, ive been called alot of thing but never that on carwins showing you have to give him the edge on the stand up but i think lesnar will take him down and dominate and G n P on the ground, but its mma and anything can happen and frequently does
