    Thanks Rupe. That's quite an addiction you had. The Valium I'm on say if your on them more than a month you become addicted. I've now ran out BUT I NEED SOME MOOORE,NOW !

    I have just had a slipped disc in my lower back. It was agony leading onto numbness and pins and needles in my leg. Been having physio and Valium from docs to relax muscles around disc. Plenty of rest and no sitting down. Problem is I have had 3 weeks off work cuz of it- no money coming in. Want to start work again but don't want to push it! Good luck with your back.     They would not have been down for too long otherwise the wood magpies would have been there and took it all away I drive with my vision blinkers on as so not to get distracted by stuff. I'm a nightmare according to my mrs!

    I don't think they do fit. Avant has two pins each side that pull up on springs. I think kanga are diff. You will love avant. They are fab.
