  1. And that. It gets a serious case of Brewers Droop after a few short months. Like it's made of rubber.
  2. Talking of Conspiracy Theories. Got any more Conspiracy Theories, (sorry, "facts"), like this Dave?
  3. You couldn't make it up. Project 2025 sees Trump victory as path to dismantling the National Weather Service | The Week THEWEEK.COM How a conservative push to dismantle a little-known government agency could lead to big headaches for anyone hoping to...
  4. Something to do with tax maybe? Or immigrants with a different skin colour? (Ignoring the fact that the man in question appears to be orange!)
  5. When installed my first fire a few years ago I had to buy a couple of bags of logs from BnQ, out of necessity. The bag was proudly labeled "Seasoned Hardwood Logs". It contained 10 or so mouldy bits of what looked like Poplar. It was literally furry with mould. WTF? I forget the figure now, but it was probably about 1/2 the cost of a decent dumpy bag of decent firewood.
  6. Different day, another different Opinel. (Though not exactly an EDC). This one is a thing of beauty, albeit vicious beauty. For special occasional culinary use only. I imagine it's great for very finely slicing French cured pork, for nibbling alongside an ice cold Pastis.
  7. I've got a Lenser head torch. It's pretty damn good.

  9. They do indeed walk among us ....
  10. Anyone else read this title as Mary Jane at first glance?
  11. Yeah nice, I like the sound of that idea. Bit like a risotto/paella curry. Or a Biryani on speed.
  12. Lemon Toilet Duck is more potent, for future reference. What kind of curry, other than water?
  13. *Kerching*! I think the whole Internet knows you've got 6 kids mucker! Straight as a nine-bob note no doubt. Anyway, have you noticed that the natural world is a very different place to how it was when we were their age? A few less insects, birds and animals about maybe, more unpredictable, extreme weather maybe? So, that's a big phat zero then - you can't highlight anything that Trump would do that would improve the lives of children. Anywhere in the world. Are you pining after your old COVID thread or something?
  14. Are you aware that this is the Potus ??? thread?
  15. I think that's the most sensible contribution you've ever made. Ever. 👍
  16. Both. The best I'll save for next year's sowing, the majority will sit pretty in the cupboard, to be consumed over the coming year.

  18. Not quite my cup of tea I admit, but quite good to shell beans to. Reckon it deserves the second YouTube "like".
  19. You've missed the point again sunshine. You have to start reading the words. "The US is the second most polluting country on earth, behind China." Maybe you don't have children, but if you did you'd appreciate that the natural world is a very different place to how it was when we were their age. Hell, you might even feel a touch of sadness. What state do you think the world will be in when they're our age? There's a Biodiversity collapse COP going on at the moment, they're discussing stuff like this. Serious question;- can you highlight anything that Trump would do that would improve the lives of children? Anywhere in the world?
  20. By "general public' here you mean MAGA nuts and other Trump supporters.
  21. Here's your hors d'oeuvres, I'll let someone else serve the rest of your courses. Bon appetit! 22. Eh? It'd be easier if you used words to form sentences that the rest of us can understand. Picking up on your last point - are you suggesting that Donald Trump is a normal, well adjusted human being? That's an insane claim.
