Two cracking songs. I might have had a phase of playing both on repeat when I first discovered the originals. They were well before my time, I only heard Somebody To Love because there was a dodgy dance remix played a lot on the radio about 20 years ago. Controversial! I think it sounded OK, had the same energy as the JA version. Better than this similar effort at least:-

Vietnamese/French braised duck. A litre of orange juice plus, ginger, garlic, lemon grass and a gallon of fish sauce. Lush. Should have had a load of chilli also, but for the boy.

I've considered Okra a couple of times, but dismissed it as didn't think it would be worth the effort in the British climate. I imagined it would need tropicalish conditions, i.e. hot and quite wet. Have you been giving them lots of water? They nice veg to eat.

Bolognese made with Turkey mince. We've got a glut of Basil, hence the heavy garnish. Turkey is underrated and under used I think. Having slices of dry old breast meat just once a year is silly. The thigh is much better and versatile; minced or diced it's a good substitute for pork or beef.
