  1. It was Bill Gates. Or maybe Tony Blair?
  2. Wordle 1,065 6/6 ⬜⬜⬜🟨⬜ 🟨⬜🟨🟩⬜ ⬜🟩🟩🟩🟩 ⬜🟩🟩🟩🟩 ⬜🟩🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 What a ..... , if only.
  3. Too bloody many viable alternatives. Wordle 1,062 X/6 🟨⬜⬜⬜⬜ ⬜⬜🟩🟨⬜ 🟩🟩🟩⬜⬜ 🟩🟩🟩⬜⬜ 🟩🟩🟩⬜⬜ 🟩🟩🟩⬜⬜
  4. Ditto, with a strimmer. A couple of times I've not even noticed the fuel cap is off and proceeded to strim away only to be amazed when it runs out of fuel so quickly a couple of minutes later!
  5. Anyone had a decent look at this new WordleBot analysis yet? I just had a quick scan but couldn't make much sense of it, there's a huge amount of stats and analysis it looks like.
  6. Wordle 1,061 5/6 ⬜⬜⬜🟨⬜ ⬜🟩⬜🟨⬜ 🟨🟩⬜⬜⬜ ⬜🟩⬜🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  7. Nicely. Wordle 1,060 3/6 🟩⬜⬜⬜⬜ 🟩⬜🟩⬜🟨 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  8. I don't suppose he understands or is interested in crucial details like that. Also, I'm sceptical about this achieving much - "A new supply chain adjudicator, Richard Thompson, will also be appointed, to help ensure fairness in the supply chain". I can't see him wanting to upset big business too much, by forcing the supermarkets to stop screwing the small suppliers. Too little, too late springs to mind. A more considered coverage of the story;- PM sets out blueprint to boost British fruit and vegetable production | News | Fruitnet WWW.FRUITNET.COM Rishi Sunak announces a raft of support for horticulture sector at Farm to Fork Summit as government publishes its first UK Food...

Rishi Sunak urges Brits to grow more apples and pears, as PM warns over-reliance on food imports could undermine the UK's security | Daily Mail Online WWW.DAILYMAIL.CO.UK Rishi Sunak (pictured) will use a food summit in Downing Street to tell farmers they are 'vital to the security and fabric of...
  10. Aromatic. Wordle 1,059 3/6 ⬜🟩⬜🟩⬜ ⬜🟩⬜🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 Happy with that, mainly hard thinking.
  11. Blueberries and Boysenberry looking very good, promising to be a good harvest.
  12. Most of the tomatoes into final pots. And, beans, peas, sweetcorn and new strawberries, (just starting to flower), all planted out. I'm trying to get everything done and out of small pots before we leave to go away for a couple of weeks. It's a challenge, I don't think the pumpkins will be ready unfortunately. These are Kiwis, Siberian. We've got three plants all looking to flower this year so we might get some fruit for the first time. They're not self-fertile as they come in male and female, hopefully we've got a mix.
  13. Wordle 1,058 2/6 ⬜🟩⬜⬜🟨 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  14. I was really stumped after line 2, so line 3 was a sacrificial offering. A random word to try and find some more letters in desperation. It worked, and then the T came to me in line 4.
  15. Wordle 1,057 4/6 🟨⬜🟩🟨⬜ ⬜⬜🟩🟩⬜ 🟨🟩⬜⬜⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  16. My friend asks why anybody would bother paying for a subscription to see "adult content" these days?
  17. Too much toxicity for a nice Saturday morning. As an antidote, here's a fun way to control dandelion numbers if you're not as much of a fan as @peds PXL_20240511_080913957.TS.mp4
  18. That's sorted then, I was wracking my brains trying to resolve that puzzling acronym. Reassuring to know that I wasn't the only one but I didn't consider myself to be that old, oh well.
  19. Has anyone heard of this practice before? It's fair blown me away, can't quite get my head around it
  20. Have some! Wordle 1,056 2/6 🟨⬜🟩🟩⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 A bit of inspiration on the second line, but also a lot of luck on the first. Thanks Squaredy!
  21. I was going to suggest this guy on YouTube, you beat me too it. I've watched a few of his videos recently, after someone else on here recommended him last week. Very good.
  22. 5 points for ingenuity, 0 points for tree felling. I can't see how it didn't fall of it's own accord anyway, it looks like he's nibbled all the way around it already.
