  1. Yes it's homemade. It's pretty easy to make; lots of cabbage, some salt and some spices/herbs. Then just leave it for a couple months.
  2. Good heavens. That's a bit harsh Davey. My son split most of it. To be fair to him I didn't think he did a bad job actually, for a five year old, with knotty old floor boards. I stand to be corrected but I don't believe that kindling has to be split with military precision to be effective. Is this like the Zelensky rocking up without a suit thing?
  3. Brilliant. Any amusing anecdotes from the day?
  4. If the war ends, (without future repercussions), then yes, it is obviously a good thing. Regardless of whether Trump is involved or not. Sometimes it's better to say nothing, rather than keep digging. You've fallen into that trap again. Insults and rancour don't make for a persuasive argument round here. So, do you genuinely believe that the man in question here is a force for good in the world? You're allowed to change your mind from a previous stance btw. As Zelensky is being forced to do; it takes huge balls to swallow your pride like that, after what he was subjected to on Friday. Trump and his attack dog Vance are but spineless pups in comparison. And no, before you ask, I have no military service record. Are these acceptable credentials in lieu of that though?
  5. Have you rested your case yet, or are we to await the inevitable edit? Thus far you've just missed the point again. I'm curious to see a considered, coherent argument that honestly justifies the position that Mr Trump is a force for good in the world. You obviously feel strongly about the man, what gives you such confidence in his abilities? I think most people had doubts about him, (and what the US has become under his short leadership so far), if only in secret. After the events of recent days though that number must have swelled even further. I'm genuinely surprised and dismayed that he still has such strong support in some isolated quarters. How on earth can it be acceptable for the US to align itself more closely with Russia and in doing so distance itself from the West? I don't understand how that does not alarm you more than whatever Starmer is up to?

    Jokes???

Might be a little close to the bone this one, but here goes. Kermit mistook miss piggy when she asked him to eat her out.
  7. Hopefully he's still out celebrating, and not out drowning his sorrows!
  8. Chicken liver risotto with side of kimchi/sauerkraut.
  9. Fear not, this character will sort out all those scary, dangerous students.
  10. Wordle 1,354 4/6 ⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜ ⬜⬜🟩⬜⬜ ⬜⬜🟩🟩🟨 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  11. Or indeed the actions of a toddler. The irony being that his rapid, decisive, (or knee jerk/impetuous/reactionary) decisions are one of the principal traits beloved of the MAGA. Trump and Kim Jong are both just overgrown toddlers really. Not Putin though, he is far more calculating and patient. He is happy to game out all the moves in pursuit of his long term strategy. I don't suppose that Trump is a Go player ...........
  12. You'll be fine I'm sure. Take your time and just do your thing. Make sure all your safety checks are conspicuous. Looking forward to hearing that you've passed later!

  14. A Sack Truck will be your friend. It's surprising what you can move with one.
  15. Building a block should be quite easy, and effective I think. Lengths of timber, (4 x 2 and bigger, e.g. sleepers), glued/screwed/bolted together then turned on end.
  16. A Point of View - Tractors in Whitehall - BBC Sounds WWW.BBC.CO.UK Michael Morpurgo on why the family farm remains vital to our lives in Britain today.
  17. Been out this evening and had a mega hot curry, maybe that fired up the brain cells.
  18. Most of Europe is generally more civilised.

  21. Yes I'd say so. Being Ash you could supposedly burn it green anyway but I'd want to season it down to <20 at least.
  22. Some of us do.
  23. If only he'd worn a suit. Nothing garners respect amongst 10 year olds in the playground as a suit. What a shit show. As if this is actually playing out on the world stage.
  24. The surprise isn't that Trump is being Trump. Didn't most people expect this kind of shenanigans? The surprise is that some people still think he's the best thing since sliced bread. At this stage he wouldn't be able to do shit like this without that support.
