  1. just some of the abuse!
  2. My MPG is shocking on my truck, geekly i have an app on my iphone which i input the data such as fuel cost, odo etc and it generates the mpg and average consumption. Put it this way. Per day :£8.75 Per Mile: 0.233 Per tank :307 miles On average the mpg is 21.86 and the last fill which was towing the ifor 105 tipper 20.91 mpg. Oh and yearly it cost me based on the info £3,194 in fuel!!!! I hate this app!
  3. What do women know, their minds are filled with thoughts of fluffy things like clouds and little bunnies. Women know your limits!!!! 19mpg on my d22 towing and 22mpg not!!!! ARRRGGGGHHHH
  4. New roads and street works act 1991, Safety at street Works and Road Works. Chapter 8 as its normally called!
  5. D40 are good off road too, Although the tyres are to underlying factor to off roading. they do look smart, but i would be too worried about scratching it as i am terrible with mine!
  6. Are you going for a new D40 or the D22!!! I find my D22 comfy although bumpy due to the light weight back. I run mud terrains on it and it doesnt really get stuck. Has a limited slip diff on the rear but no lockers. Never got stuck as yet even in the woods with the big trailer but have managed to get stuck when wanting to use my winch!!!!! funny how the girlfriend doesn't find it as fun buried in mud!!! I think they are a great truck, tow well and look smart.
  7. Pm sent chap.
  8. Well you have to be quick as they are both climbers on the ground!!!! I think the wobbly shed and a fence below slowed them slightly from getting their kit on!!!
  9. The Iveco was stuck there!!!! There was a slight incline, mud and no traction!!! To be honest the fisheye lens makes everything look huge or long (aight!) so really the drag was poss 40 yards if that!!!
  10. I feel that this may become competition between you all!!! The next thing we will see will be chip trucks with Webber BBQs being towed behind!!!!
  11. Those boys loving the drag today!!!!! lol
  12. Just the view from the office today!!!
  13. My client is having a house built and the Cedar was right in the middle the planned driveway!! so now the Cedar is being turned into a dinning table with a little help from a joinery friend of his!!
  14. The first paid milling job!!! Well thats covered wages and the cost of the mill!!!!! Free planking from now on!
  15. It tows very well to be honest. I have lots of thinning to do on some fairly steep and uneven ground and its perfect for abstraction.
  16. Believe it or not Ebay!!!! I saw the trailer on there and rang the company who were selling it. It didnt meet reserve so i offer them some cash and now i own it!!!! Its a great thing to own and very light but carries a lot of wood. those pieces are fairly hard to lift (except the really dry/dead ones). I have a log arch i am selling due to owning this. That is advertised in the classified should anyone want one!!
  17. Steady Rupe!!!!!! Gay? that is exactly the homophobic attitude i come to expect on here!!!! lol I use a 16 foot, ifor to move both the quad and trailer, i also have a tipper 105 trailer both of which are too heavy for the quad. I have a P6e ifor which is very very small but fits the quad in (just) That log trailer does hold a shed load of wood but due to the wheels being able to articulate on a central point it is brilliant in the rough stuff. 3 Loads in that trailer and it fills my 105 trailer to the top of the cage. Homophobe!!!!!!
  18. Its a Yamaha grizzly 660, absolute monster of a quad it will pull anything. The best thing is it is road legal so makes it suitable for riding to close jobs.
  19. sorry but had to put a pic of my trailer and a super tight site. It was actually really steep but the pics make it look flat.
  20. Oh also, the bucket grab in you pics will bend at the bottom if you use it for logs etc, ( i bent the hire one) Cliff has a grapple fork which is just the job.
  21. Aint she so sweet!!!!! If you need a finance company i use Bond Investments, speak to Matt Potter. He helped me with my chipper through orange plant and has awesome rates etc etc. Just got off the phone to him today regarding the other 322d!!!
  22. So then Balise, whats it going to be 532 or 322?
  23. Steve, i gave it about 30 secs of trying then hauled it out with the grinder! It was one of the carlton 7012 grinders so its didnt even notice it was there!!! Those grinders are awesome, again we destroyed the drive belts on that!!!!
  24. I have a good site in Tewkesbury just off the motorway but prob a little far for you.
  25. Yep there was a slight minor issue with a soggy area of ground!!! Had to tow it out with the grinder!!!! I think if i was using an articulating loader on that site i would of rolled it for sure. I have used a couple of Avants and they are great but the little boxer is perfect for 9/10 sites.
