  1. Could you use a normal prussik (Obviously the right length) but with a little micro pulley tied to a micro prussik to lift it? Seems to work well for little people!!
  2. Congratulations mate.
  3. Nah, I just described what I normally do!!
  4. Good man!! That took me ages!! haha!!!
  5. I'd send an e-mail back saying, "I'll do it, There is no guarantee that I won't hit your house, or wipe out your garden and I'll need access through your back garden to get my transit in so I can remove the logs. We normally pop the fence panel out, (and I also can't guarantee that it always goes back in). Oh, and I also can't promise that I won't plough the garden up on the way out. I've had some complaints before but I find them terribly boring so just ignore members of the public for the most part. It works out ok though, as I don't use PPE, so I'm now deaf. I don't work in the week as I like to sign on, so I prefer to do all my "private" work at the weekends. Less "prying eyes" around if you know what I mean. Please let me know what time on Sunday is best for you, earlier the better, as I like to be in the pub by mid-day. Regards

  16. You don't need to LOLER gear if its brand new, that what the cert of conformity is for!! As I understood, that is like a "provisional" LOLER test to hold you over till 6 months when you get it checked!!!
  17. Cool tree. Great thread David. Cheers!!
  18. If the gear had LOLER certificates, or Certificates of Conformitity if they're new, there shouldn't be a problem should there?
