  7. I know there is an Ident one about. You have to get so many right on each levels that unlocks the next. Hope that helps. I don't know what its called but I'm sure its easy to find.

  11. I've logged up long thin branches holding the branch with one hand and saw with the other, I've cut and held branches up a tree as well. Something that I know is well within my ability and I can use my own judgement to work out which situations it is safe to do so in. Doesn't mean its something I would make someone else do or encourage.

  15. You wouldn't want them on your feet, You have to stand up to advance the rope. You can adapt one and use it under your hitch and above the other pantin. Wouldn't work to well with a prussik unless you have a micro pulley under it to advance it. Be nicer with a VT or Lockjack. Gerry Beranek did a video. I'll see if I can find it.
