  1. Branches throughout the UK, mobile no.only
  2. Prob similar to how I made sides for my 130, the headboard slots into the front 2 holes then the sides slot into the back 2 then swing round up against the front and bolt together but instead of mesh I used galvy sheet so strong and holds in the chip.
  3. Would that work with a pulley saver as well do you think?
  4. Yes, front and back led repeaters and a led light bar On top on both vehicles. An must imo even just for reversing into driveway it makes outher road uses more aware of you.
  5. Didn't plant any for the children but gave every guest at our wedding a oak tree to plant near where they live allover the country.
  6. Ok will try them Monday thanks, tried nfu already but lived up to the initials no f use!
  7. Has anyone got any old landrover dvds from old magazines etc they would be willing to send my landy loving 2 1/2 year old little boy? we have 2 but my wife is getting driven mad by having to have them on all day as getting quite scratched. As some of you might know he can get quite ill and has to be isolated from his sister or any of us if we are ill to stop him getting it and ending up in hospital again so some landy entertainment would be very much appreciated. It doesn't have to be for children. Just any old DVD that has landrovers on it. Thanks all, John
  8. Unfortunately not as I would have taken that option, increasing the amount of cover would still be useful as also got 3 weeks with a tracked chipper and a week with a genie boom so all valued above my current level of cover.
  9. Got a job coming off in a few weeks that requires a 23m tracked mewp for 3 days and the differance in cost between self drive and having an opperater on site is quite significant but for self drive i will require more Hired in plant insurance as mine is only for 10G and the mewp is 75G. Tree sergery insurance just quoted me £1400 for a year for this value insurance. So who can recomend someone to cover me for a more realistic amount?
  10. Thought you were about to fall out of the bang tidy window On the a1 Chriss  Even at 60mph in opposite directions that truck has a presence about it, shame it was still being chased by something orange and not yet yellow
  11. Have a look in my old evolution of my arb truck thred, in the landy tomorrow.
  12. Ah well bit early for me too be back but will wave if I spot you on t a1, just don't burry the rb's old body as b d 's yard is where it got dumped til I get round to selling it. Have a good 1 bud
  13. Even better a £10 mini engraver for all them crabs and pulleys and a £30 brisket jointer.
  14. You sneaking down my way tomorrow apparently... And I'm up your neck of the woods at Lumley castle. Let me know what time you boys are tipping off and if I'm back might Bob in to say hello
  15. Just as well no ducks about when it dived so gracefully into that lake  I would not want to try and load that thing with Logs at the end of a long day!
  16. Big dead grandiose today, striped it to about 70', put a winch line about 40' then felled it. Total 113". Last pick is the 088 with 30" bar and 560 with20" bar for scale. Felled high as a horse jump builder wanted the bottom with toes on for a jump of sorts.
  17. Update on mine, after pointing out to person who is 'incharge' of handling the applications and pointing out the for mentiond points she thought it best to pass me direct to the tree office who turns out to be a normal human being with common sense still intact. So all sorted, meet and greet arranged for a chinwag and direct contact details for any future application in this area to bypass the paper pushes.
  18. Nice job, are you going to put a part lid On the front to keep chip off the windscreen?
  19. forget the genie as they cut out and go into a go slow mode if not level and a 26m would be at least 18t. I use a 23m tracked hinowa 'spelling not sure' from pwm platforms but a bit far from you I think.
  20. Take it that will be me then:o If it is might have to go back because isn't it eatable? Quite similar, even had a look on arbtalk app, never mind.....
  21. Bit of cutting up today, makes a nice change to be swinging an 088about instead of an 200t or a hedgecutter. Big fused bridge between the stems with massive tension in it and an old bees nest in a hollow bit.
  22. Found this nice example on a stump today, the tree was felled about 8 years ago because of this fungus showing itself and still going strong.
