  3. We have had a lot of staff problems - furlough n illness in families , big company problem really , but smaller companies chugging along well hereabouts. K

There are many bitter and twisted remarks on this thread ( some from me) however you will discover a world of nature or satisfaction you wont get from any other profession. I can still smell the resin off my first Sitka fells in SW Scotland. What ever you decide to do, make it yr own choice as there is a wide variety of skills in use in Arb n For. K

  22. Small technical point is any abrasive will 'load' or 'clog' with debris and end up burning the steel cutter ( hardening it) so changing grinding wheel or stone is required anyway. Just nature of the beast with all this. K
  23. ...... I have worked with a lot of chavey twats ! Did not know abt the Green, so took no chances. Pretty much know if its going to be ok after a day of steady use. Have had two out of the box that wouldnt even run! K
