  2. Possibly look for as large a filter as will fit in yr filler hole. But i know this is stables n bolting horses ? K
  3. And his bench is full before nine oclock ? busy man! K
  4. And open up yr planting circle, mulch well, dont have it competing for nutrients with the grass. K
  5. I will qualify this by sayin i have never built up their saw kits- but i have rebuilt a lot of saws. An @Spudulike is spot on with the fuel fact. K

  7. @skyhuck indeed, tho i find i am not as stiff in the morning anymore ..... Should this worry me ? ? K ... Mr @Stubby yr thoughts ?
  8. To be fair young Bullman, sticking at any industry for 23 years is a qualification in itself. I notice many people in last 20 years flipping from post to post, handfuls of part time jobs filling every gap in their life possibly like many on here. So if you dont become Reg Coates or Poynter San, at least you can look on a good job you have done and be satisfied. Thats probably it for many ? K
  9. " Waa !! Whaaat you say...? Cant hear you.. ?" k ( had it out today over the Common fr couple of hours in this nice weather )
  10. Think the Network Rail case came abt after one landowner suicide so its a causal matter that could be used. Similar with High Hedges regs after the two old mad blokes took shotguns out over a Leylandii . If its still not sunk in- usual courses of action before lawyers, if you value wots in yr wallet ? K
  11. I like Portugal. Would go fr the diving. K
  12. @openspaceman actually no, one of my favourite poets, but a bit tasteless i know. Was fastest way of post war energy production what with all that coal readily available. Natural off shore gas was a saviour until Tories spunked it. I am now looking at Nuclear as our saviour. K ( course i just watched K19....... ?)
  13. Cos yr in Hawick ? K
  14. This. 6 quid of dog food a day - bugger deserves steak really. K Sniffing out Covid-19 WWW.BBC.CO.UK Specially trained dogs in Lebanon are learning to detect coronavirus as part of a research project.
  15. Rubber buckets. K ( helps with the clear up after too)
  16. Seen a couple of AA certified companies screw up jobs. Its no guarantee. I like the idea of a sting op. Even if its a monitoring OP it will put the wind up them. Vehicle plates can get swapped, tools hidden but it all adds to the anxiety they end up facing in an area. Back in my salad days i once drove a taxi in winter. The boss kept getting a few calls to pick people up - who were obvs not there. He knew it was a competitor so he got us to stop at phone boxes ( remmeber those!) and make a few calls ourselves - it soon stopped ? K
  17. Khriss
