Thats the kind of system I use. Plus an alarm that notifies me and a separate alarm that is monitor by a 3rd party. It really guts me to have to do and pay for all of the above. Fckin rat scumbag thieves. I know its not ethical but I do sometimes wonder if the hand chopping deterrent would help. I know it wouldnt as they then cant ever work and can claim more dole, but it would make me feel better and thats all that counts

Yes, just opt out. I see people rage over mothers day, fathers day, valentines day and easter and just think to myself, why get so angry and upset. Let others enjoy those times if they wish to. If I didnt want to get involved over the Christmas period im sure that my friends and family would understand.

This spiralled downhill quickly. Personally I love this time of year. Its a time when family and friends have time off from the mundane shite so we can all get the chance to catch up and have a laugh. The usual Christmas routine is to get woken up by the kids at silly oclock(4 this year), get them to open their stockings and argue with each other quietly until around 7 when we open the presents. Depending on where we are having Christmas dinner its usually a trip around the parents stopping off for dinner or a big day of fun chaos if we are cooking it. Boxing day, did fook all, just lounging about in pj's. Tomorrow out to the park so the lads can try out their scooters, footballs etc.

Plus whats that got to do with trump and his wife musk? Im pretty sure all presidents do the pardon bit when they leave office. Biden may have just added a few more as he is a bit deranged to say the least. As Mick said. it will be interesting when the honeymoon period is over.

"Javier and Donald are what capitalism is about, you have a state that's going to be kept in check but also does what we expect them to do at a reasonable price." That's my thinking too. Uaps in new York, not far from the world trade centre and there isn't a squadron of fighter jets intercepting them! Yeah I think the US government have a very good idea of what they are.

I've said before that yes it's an issue, I agree with you. I think most people in here agree that illegal immigrants are an issue that needs sorting but posting about it doesn't help and tbh I don't think that there is anything we can do about it. It's a government issue that only they can resolve.

Yeah, creating new types of bacteria doesn't sound good. I read somewhere that they have thawed out bacteria from glaciers that are thousands of years old. They came back to life, that can't be bleedin good either. From the words of the bloke from Jurassic park. No orbs or aliens but plenty of flashing lights and 20 foot Christmas Grinches going on around here. From what I can see most of the vids are airplanes, domestic/commercial drones and dodgy CGI. The other stuff, who knows, it could be anything. Drones from other countries, US military stuff or even aliens from another planet.
