That sounds about right. Hopefully a foreign company will pull the £14 bill out of the UK, own the rights to the runway and then charge us a squllion Yen to rent said runway per week. Hopefully it will be indexed to the price of gas so it will constantly go up at a scramferious rate each minute.

I can see that happening. I was just reading that it will cost around £14 billion and take 10 years. There must be a lot of property to purchase and flatten.

Ive tried that and it didnt work, the plastic still gripped the bolt. I just ground the plastic end down with a bench grinder, it didnt take long tbh.

Im no arguing for or against a third runway but something I read made sense. Part of the issue is that planes are stacked up circling around waiting for landing clearance, burning fuel therefore dropping crap on the people below. A third runway would alleviate that hence it may not be a bad idea. Thats if the plane stacking is a genuine problem.

I've seen the same question and no, I can't recall ever using phones tablets, PC's etc in my dreams. I was going to say I can't recall using electronic tech but then I've dreamt about driving an F1 car so that sort of counts but I don't remember dreaming about watching TV. Has anyone had a dream where their phone was part of that dream? Someone must have.

I was watching a couple of videos ae weeks back of yanks recording the cost of items now so they can compare them at a later date. Jessh, their stuff is way more expensive than over hear, it looked like the only cheaper product was petrol although they expect that to start going up soon too.

I was just reading something about the trump gender policy. Apparently everyone in the USA is now considered to be a girl! According to Trump there are only two genders, both are written in stone at conception. Every foetus at conception is female. Equal rights for ugly wimen.

So it didn't become an issue then, good news. Can anyone walk into any gender toilet or do they need a pass or something? Personally I may not agree with the extreme lgb stuff but mostly it's just people stressing up in drag and being over the top.

If you really want to know it's Blippi, teletubbies and miss Rachael due to having an 18 month old. Let's set aside the fact that your putting your issues to one side by inventing ones for me. Let's say you're right, maybe I am a sheep but I have one kid going through pubity ATM so how do I make sure that's it's a horrible experience for him and how do I make sure that the rest of his life is a struggle?

Tbh I don't see the big deal with the trans lgb stuff. Not once have I ever had to give one jot about someone's pronoun's and it's my choice not to use them if it ever came up , not once has someone had a hissy fit because I didn't know if they were a woman or a man. Are people really having real life negative experiences about it rather than just seeing someone get upset on the internet?

In real life though, when the private sector fooks up the state ends up bailing them out. I know that that is true for health care. Botched private op then straight to the NHS for the aftercare.

They are planning to have a lunar base around 2030 but they have already had lots of set backs so its probably going to be later than that from what ive read about it.
