  1. Lol. I thought you might want feedback as to why there's only 5 of you discussing it. No worries from the small bit of info I may understand I wouldn't agree with it anyway.
  2. Coping the entire folder should do the trick (well it works with some pc stuff:001_smile:)and as long as you have your personal files backed up you can always just reinstall QB if it doesnt work. TBH I would be surprised if you couldnt get the updates from an archive somewhere.
  3. BTW I'm not trying to upset you mate so please dont take any offence at what I say.
  4. Bugger! I am going to have to change the way I see things and run my life from now on. In referring to my earlier post I think that unless someone is REALLY interested in fungi there not going to read that doc. TBH I have no clue on what this thread is about mate.
  5. A list of some new environmental policies (and a few others that will help us)that are due to be implemented within the next 6 months. A big drive on using green waste, departments to be set up in waste transfer stations to take commercial green waste and pay in accordance to the weight of green waste only (atm possibly £9-11 per ton.) Duty on fuel to be lowered initially by 50% on fuel ONLY used in the production of green waste ie chainsaws, chippers, hedgetrimmers etc. This will included petrol and diesel but proof of use must be shown quarterly to claim duty back. VAT to be lowered on machinery required/used in the production of green waste. VAT to be removed from all PPE. VAT to be removed from firewood, woodchip, mulch etc sales. LOLER inspections no longer required for PPE, still applies to rigging Equipment. Revised requirements for training in regards to professional users ie no more 5 year recommendation for training. An finally waste carriers/transfer license to be abolished in regards to green waste removal/transporting. Carlsberg don't post on forums, but if they did they would probably be the best posts in the world.......
  6. I'll come back to this thread when you do.
  7. That is one funny show. Chimp off the old block....
  8. Tv stuff thats on now. ATM Ricky Gervais show E4
  9. A bit of this[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0UjsXo9l6I8]YouTube - "Empire State of Mind" Jay-Z | Alicia Keys [OFFICIAL VIDEO][/ame] An gotta be some of this [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wmin5WkOuPw&feature=related]YouTube - The Prodigy - Firestarter[/ame]
  10. Apparently they make rocking horse heads out of it. Since its very light I would imagine it doesnt offer an awful lot of heat when burnt. Nice to work with though.
  11. Impressive stuff indeed.
  12. Forgive my ignorance but are they eating/feeding on the bark or just chewing it like rats do to cables etc?
  13. Insurance companies sare just bleedin thieves. Had the same prob when someone wrote off my car, ended up with the car back and got it repaired. They dont even take into consideration the time and effort it will take to try and find a suitable replacement. Plus (no offence) when buying an old vehicle you could end up with a ropey one when yours was spot on. Where you in it? Ie injury compensation etc.
  14. Quite possibly, but I know what my missus would prefer:sneaky2: an tbh a good holiday to me is half the reason I go to work.
  15. I'd 'do it for the ladders' mine are looking a bit tired of late.
  16. Tbh if i was the dead soldier I would want my missus or sister etc to sell them and deffo go and enjoy themselves on holiday. Sounds like there is a bit of a feud between the family and the fiancee though.
  17. That should narrow it down a bit:laugh1:
  18. Tbh I had to attend a speed awareness course it receive 3 points for doing 36 in a 30 and the above got mentioned . The instructors said it was a loaf of rubbish and that I'd you were caught doing 1mph more than the speed limit you could still get done. I was told the same as previously and most of the others thought the same. Its just black and white apparently. Speeding has got to increase the chances of having an accident it just depends if it is the main contributing factor our not. I agree that its more than likely unattentive drivers that are the problem. But, after all we are only human and not concentrating for a second in the wrong circumstances is possibly more than enough time too cause an accident.
  19. Same here. That's why I wish stihl would make the back end a bit more ergonomic so it doesn't catch and get jammed as much. I was going to design an add on that would make it a bit more pointy like the husky top handle, but I soon realised I have no design skills, I can't engineer it myself and I don't have the cash to make it! So I have to resort to giving it a good yanking now and then.
  20. Looks like there was a bit of divine intervention from he on high who with his big cosmic key unlocked the thread. Lets all keep it sensible eh or there could be a bit of smiting!
  21. Are they putting a stop to all leaflet dropping? Ie junk mail. Dunno how our is by you but we get a small amazon rain forest delivered every day in the form of pizza ads! Although leaflet dropping doesn't bother me that much and I don't compare it to being a rogue trader at all. I see cold calling and rogue trading when they harass people by knocking at doors and saying how dangerous there tree is etc and not taking no for an answer. Maybe shoving the yellow pages, thompson local, free local papers bt book etc though letter boxes could be seen as the ultimate of leaflet dropping! In that sense maybe must of us are rogue traders.
  22. Booo, hissss. Surely someone hasnt complained already!?
  23. I have read most of it, well sort of in school. I must say that some of the stories are quite interesting and do teach some good morals. But, only when interoperated correctly, imo. The questions of where we come from and why we are here are asked in all cultures dating as far back as we could ask these things. Religion 'was' a stab at trying to explain/answer these questions and therefore carries a lot of power. Which is then in most instances abused for profit and control. If anyone wants to know how we were created and from what, then apparently the answer is tiny vibrating strings. Well its that or 42. So a fat bloke down the pub told me.
  24. The cracks might be due to the sun drying out the inner bark. It should be ok since it looks like the cambium(green bit ) is still intact in most parts. I dont thin there is much you can do but covering it may help if the cracks are because of the sun. Hopefully someone else with some better knowledge of this than me will chime in with some better info.
  25. Read the God delusion and was not impressed in his way of thinking whatsoever(btw I dont believe in God either) Reading 'The greatest show on Earth' atm so will comment more after I finish that. Although also reading a book on Antimatter and another on Quantum Theory so may take some time.
