i sometimes buy energy drinks, but i drink them at the end of the day. At the moment, a nice BLT (sometimes store bought) and fruit, a chocy bar, 2lt of water, and sometimes a flask (often in this weather)

footlock the tail, or buy a pantin and use that on the tail.

Can't give you the recipe, because its part of my mother's product range, but she is happy to send you some to try. The old man was stung in a similar way, had his jacket in the barn, put it on and got stung three times on the arm. Put the cream on straight away and after an hour you couldn't even see where he had been stung. The mother says its mostly due to the emu oil and essential oils in the balm.

i stick the mothers home made cream on it. works a bloody treat. better than anything out there i've tried!

Nokia N70, may be an old (ish) phone, but its not let me down, and the picture quality is pretty good.
