Chipper bearing failed yesterday I new the fins where bad when I brought the machine So brought belts fins bearing etc to rebuild it The Q I want to no is would u use some sort of thread seal on the 6bolts that hold the fins Reason why I ask 4 of the 6 bolts rung of and I think they used thead lock or loctite And any over pointer to the rebuild would be great Cheers martin

Dads van has no sign written he still got done over twice makes no difference They see u working when there driving about They stake u out for about 2-3 weeks they no everything about The way u operate When u go to bed what time u get to The yard When no one is at ur yard It's sad And 90% of the time u would no know ur being watched Once u have bin done over u notice alot more Sorry to post that mate just replying to a post It's a kick in the balls Alrite I see One of ur mates Matty working yesterday morning subbing for the bloke u use to work for I did tell him about what happened didn't no if I done rite or wrong Like I said no the phone Friday if i can help u out in anyway give me a buzz

  11. Rob did do a 72inch double ended bar That's where the one in the pic come from I think the 84inch is to big I was think of a 72 till I see they was off robs site Might have a think or ask rob to get me one in next time he orders from grandberg I'm going to think :confused1:

This really might have blown this blokes chance of selling his log on here If I was him I would wish I had not bothered posting Thanks for posting the pic There might be someone intreasted in this bit of wood because of the colouring in the wood For say a fire place 2bed side tables etc it would polish up really nice Why can we not just leave it upto the bloke and the sell to have the chat about what rite or wrong with this log Sometime this forum winds me up If u got something good to say or maybe try to help the Bloke out then say it if not dont bother he clearly dont want to fire wood the log overwise he would not be asking for millers he would have just cut it up him self

I love when poeple that no what there really talking about posts like u just done big j This bloke is trying to sell this trunk to ever make money or to save it from the fire wood pile It maybe worth nothing to 1 person and £160 pound to another No one knows what that bit of timber is worth It's only worth what the highest bidder wants to pay for it For what its worth I would mill it and make more money out of planks from that bit of timber than I would out of firewood
