that sounds nice no problem spud u have sorted me out quit a few times dropping a ton of 18-24inch conny round to test ported saws out is not a problem im liking the big air filter once that saw gets run in it should really go :thumbup:

if u have a good lump of wood get 2-3 good cut out of the saws if anything is going to go wrong it will happen with in 2-3 cut

strange u can replace the small end only u pop the small end pin out the small end just falls out, the crank really has nothing to do with it as the small end is replacable if they just replaced the coil why would they have the CYL off to have a look at the small end, crank ,CYL ,piston and piston ring i would be smelling rats if i was u pm spud send the saw to him he is a fair bloke and for what he charges u get a great service i would highly recommend spud if u think ur being messed about or want the saw fixed and what rich said can u get pic up

a 088 that looks dogy that runs will go for 350-450 pound mill new would be about £260 witch u ent going to get no where near that bars u may get £250-400 if there in good nick thats what u maybe looking at on ebay so i think 1k would be a fair price with out seeing pic of it at the end of the day anything is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it and no more
