  11. Nice pic, nice work. Has anyone seen how the French work their Planes? They look a bit like this and the results are amazing.
  12. Couldn't agree more. The coat in the pic looks a bit thick and restrictive, as I said maybe a bad pic. I wear Gortex at work, I spend more time in bad weather at work than I do on the mountain so it makes complete sense. Until you come up against Hawthorn or some other such bastard plant.
  13. I've learned something. Interesting post. Ta
  14. Yes it does seem a lot for a coat suitable for just standing about in. But maybe the picture is rubbish. Goretex has a name that commands high prices, not always justifiably.

  19. I'd like my lawyer to be present as there are blatantly weather balloons being allowed to scurry about this thread without consideration. Yes I admit it, I don't like them, I'm balloonist.
  20. Potentially, Norway and Sweeden and Iceland, and Greenland and Russia and Canada.........etc.
  21. You are No. 109. All weather ballons should be kept on leads in this thread No.109.
  22. You bothered. respect due.
  23. A fine collector of fish he was too.
