  1. Liked all of that. Tosca sequencer bass is hot and sexy like those ladies and their sticky fingers. Some acid jazz in the mix too. I like four tet as well Giles Peterson plays all this kind of stuff of course. Thanks for posting ed, Half an hour of music while I try to type my life back on track. TUNAGE!!
  2. That was fast dude. Real fast.
  3. While I'm at it African Headcharge with what sounds like Lee Scratch Perry toasting over it. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QvFZcprPIOA&NR=1[/ame]
  4. stop using my face to sell your revolution.

  5. These are the ones I don't know. Any recommendations where to start with each of them? maybe you could post good examples if they exist and you have time. Time for an avatar change. Watched the entire 17 episodes again. time to move on. here's the mighty African Headcharge. What a name. with Adrian Sherwood at the back of a venue they made your ears bleed. Awesome badass bass. 6. Aphex twin, anything on the On-u-sounds label, Boards of Canada, Underworld, Drum Club, Amon Tobin, Eat static, Meat Beat manifesto and Fluke are a few other names worthy of investigation too. The ambient Big beat cross over period was really jumping wasn't it. Thievery Corporation Ed? Nice one dude, If you like them, you probably are into The Cinematic Orchestra?
  7. I don't know maybe I'm guessing, but would it be fair to say there were an excess of tree firms hanging about after setting up in October 87? I truly hope that the ones who survive this recent bit of agro will be deserving of the lack of competition. Additionally, that good firms don't close up shop. I'd like to think it was Darwinian.
  8. his advertising tactics have some merits.
  9. Yes I'd have to agrre about all three being influencial in their sound. As far as The banshees are concerned, Who i really like, this early version of love in a void is excellent. That's robert smith playing that beutifully fuzzed up guitar, I love it for that alone. I remember seeing it in 79 and wanting something which I had no words for. 10. They're an odd couple. Quite liked the kookyness. Never heard of them before. Cool.
  11. What a load of bullocks.
  12. My wife was phoned up by a company offering her an ad in a directory, that they said she had already agreed to. She was confused. I didn't relise it was a wide spread thing. Thanks everyone for this, Hopefully we can avoid being ripped off.
  13. Brilliant.
  14. He's got a massive brain. That's a billion percent better than that other guy. He's aiming high for sure, but that optimistic confidence is exactly what everyone wants to hear. His very obvious brilliance will more than likely take a kicking in the battles of office. I certainly hope he's got the stamina as he's one of our last hopes of turning this fudge hole of a world around. Anyone check out the whitehouse! It's got everything.
  15. Your a sick puppy
  16. Missed it before. Funkin funk out!!!
  17. Just realised. your winding me up aren't you? I re-read Anne widdecome an thought it had to be as she is nasty nasty yuk. See how eloquent I can be?
  18. The leader of acountry, will undoubtedly take delivery of several trucks of compromise as soon as they take office. Within the next 2 hours in America a very fine man is about to become aleader. He will have all his idealistic dreams ripped from him as the reality of world politicts raises it's ugly head in the middle east. For my leader I would want someone who see's the country as the people in it, and not its GDP. Someone who can protect and encourage the weak. Create aharmonious society wher everything is free and everyone is equal. Etc Etc. Unfortunately I'm describing heaven. As most politicians become corrupted by money and power. Margaret Thatcher is one of the most evil people to have walked the earth. I will be throwing a massive party the day she dies. Children's choirs will sing like angelic harps and the sun will shine in Yorkshire again. You want to talk about parasitic vampires, look no further. She forgot that the country was it's people and decided to shaft em whenever she could. You've made me quite upset now 08.
  19. Forum is cooking on gas!
  20. Dude let's get down to details. What does `outlaw' mean? i only ask as 90% of contemporary culture, including your CD collection is based on drug culture. I'm sure a fat person has done you a favor in the past, or has made you laugh. `All' Criminals means anyone convicted of criminal activity. Anyone. Abolishing human rights, that's a great idea. I think you should check out Pol Pot first as he had some great ideas, very similar to your own. Loving the scum shoot idea. Problem is that one mans scum is the other mans arms dealer. Oh the Taliban, that's what you sound like, with all the killing and outlawing and abolishing of human rights. Arn't we at war with them at the moment? I know your joking to a point, as I am, but you should check out the political ideas of the worlds great dictators.
  21. Guys, we're not disagreeing as much as you think. I agree lazy fat people who think the world owes them a living are not good for society. They are spongers. So far so good. we all agree. But and its a massive `but', the amount of drag they cause the country on a financial level is peanuts, nothing, a paltry amount compared to the whole sale ransacking of our country by the corporate highwaymen in the banking sector. The Millionare tax evaders and self serving politicians. What I'm saying is that we/you are really bothered about people who are damaging the country, then stop picking on the easy, visible targets in the poorest and most deprived sectors of society. You know what I'm saying is right, come on guys, we agree on principle. We all work for our living, and if your a tree surgeon, then you more than likely work like a trojan. the 8 boys your right to feel agrieved when you see the examples you have described, I would too, but let's not lose sight of reality. I don't know if any of you are familiar with the term `misdirection' the technique is used in many ways from dummy moves in football and martial arts, to magic tricks. the magician will by means of persuasion, make you look at some thing, while the real trick is happening somewhere else. Derren Brown is a master of it. I beleive you have been victims of political misdirection. "Look here and get angry" That's what you've been told and that's what you've done. Don't feel bad abbout it, it happens to all of us on a daily basis. The thing is that while we debate fat slobs on council estates, the magicians are making off with the crown jewels. Classic Misdirection, coming from a particular editorial position in the news and newspapers. A conspiracy if ever I saw one. So what i'm saying is, we agree, and we don't. Anyone here a fan of the West Wing?
  22. Ahhh mini. Tre piccoli beuties!!! [ame]http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=j0nXDOr1r6A&feature=related[/ame]
  23. mini with that ashtray? tipping seats, transverse engine in your legs, classic.
  24. Possibly a man who goes by the name of Fred Bugg. He's based near Colchester. I've been to his yard once but can't do better than that. He took away a whole load of timber once. Sorry don't hace contact details. But he's infamous. Quite a character. He may even be useless to you, but it's a lead. Sorry. Lee might know someone if it's towards the north.
  25. I've never tried em or seen them, although a quick google image search came up with something that looked familiar. Have you got a pic withthe sole detail? Are the pro ascents working out better for comps?
