  1. Long way from us.... How much are you looking for?

    Hello!

Welcome Benny, Website takes time to build ranking.. Try and add more content, the dies which rank the best often have the most relevant content..
  3. Where are you? and what size trailer? We have various stuff available, arb waste or processor lengths....
  4. Its pretty unobtrusive, which is what I want, its only 10" by 2" or so... I'll take a pic.
  5. Its only £200 with the vat back Jon... so much stuff these days is a false economy, these are £50 a year for 4 years, its nothing really. Having said that, the day after I got them one of the guys put a tree through the door on the valtra, that was £330. I felt bad for buying them then....
  6. This time last year I cleared a fallen tree off the road by crashing into it with the landy. It was un-intentional, it appeared out of the gloom of my headlights and I couldn't stop in time. Luckily the bull bar did its job and i got away with some minor dents in the bonnet and wings. I promised myself I'd get a set of spotlights, it has only taken me a year to get round to it. I ended up with this 10" light bar, not your ebay rubbish, but not crazy money either. IP69 rating unlike many of the cheap ones so you can jet wash it, good solid build too. Wilderness Lighting Duplex Hybrid Lights ? 10 inch More than happy with the results, you can clearly see 3x further..... Main beam..... With the LED's on...
  7. Never drive through those sedges, always a sign of a wet hole... Both the tractors got out under their own steam BTW.
  8. Here's a few, there have been others...
  9. Actually Matty, looking at your link arms I'll be t it wouldn't cost much to make up a longer set, they are dead simple and most ag engineers will keep all the required ball joints on the shelf... Might be an alternative solution, you could keep the old arms for if you ever wanted to go back..
  10. I'd go at least 4", maybe 6" to be sure, at the end of the day its not a heavy winch so you can afford to step it back a bit. just remember that you will feel the weight more when skidding if you lift the butts off the floor. I think mine was about 6" out. Did you look to see if the PTO can be moved up like it can on the 4201?
  11. Like I said Matty, just get some 10mm plate and extend the clevices, you don't need to do the top link one as you can just use a longer link. Having seen the pics I'd just weld the plate over the top of your existing clervices. So if the two existing clevices are 'A' cups you need 'DD' cups.....
  12. I think this thread has degenerated into a bit of a slating. Its somewhat unfair since the manufacturer isn't on here to respond to any criticism. All I can say is that I have found their customer service to be pretty good.
  13. We have a TR6, it has had its problems too but the service has been excellent really. We have never had the stalling issue that you mention so I would say that this is an issue with your machine only...
  14. You can tell by the floor its not done much work. The abuse you describe above is nothing compared to 700 hours of field work... I'd buy it, if I needed one.
  15. I have 60 ton of Birch coming up..... all processor size..
  16. Wonder why we don't see more of this here?
  17. We need to price up porous resin for tree pit surrounds, there are various products available, most involve miging your chosen gravel with a resin bonding agent which glues the gravel together.. Anyone have a favourite one or can share any experiences? Cheers
  18. The reason the dummy is dragged in so fast is that its a drum chipper and the rope has wound onto the drum. If that happens you are in big trouble. Best make sure the rope doesn't go in in the first place.
  19. The new ones have an auto reverse fan on anyway.. Mine does...
  20. Standing up in court and being cross examined by a lawyer is actually a pretty scary thing, you need to be confident in your knowledge for sure. I'd do it again if I was asked, but I don't go chasing that kind of work.
  21. Sounds good, I have ordered bars from rob d so will be all ready to go when they arrive..
  22. I'm waiting for two saws to come back from Spud, another 357 and a 362, it will be interesting to see what they are like once ported.. My other ported 357 was great...
  23. I was working with the new alpine in the woods today. Winched itself up into the windblow to pull back a couple of hung up trees away from the road..
  24. I have appeared in court as an 'expert' (open to debate) witness in a hedge dispute. I charged them good money and we won the case. These things can get very emotional and heated, my advice is don't do anything that is beyond the law. And charge plenty.
  25. Talk about getting the wrong end of the stick.
