  1. Just had a quote from Aviva, they have beaten NFU, who I am currently with by £280 and that with £250 excess instead of NFU,s £400
  2. So you jumped to his defence against the "bullies" by insulting 95% of the Arbtalk membership, just as a bully would do
  3. Some have gone a bit off colour but at the moment they are all showing vigorous new growth except about three, looking at around 95% success rate so far. No rooting gel used either
  4. There,s enough information in the original post for prospective candidates, if anymore information is needed the instructions are there for people to follow. They are quite basic and easy instructions, all one needs to do is read the post properly, why some people have an inability to read text properly and follow basic instruction is beyond me and anyone failing to do so would be the last person I would consider for employment. A thread has been totally ruined and 95% of us have been labelled arseholes or students.... Get a grip lads
  5. Why would you find it offensive, he,s calling a username stupid not you
  6. Squirrel, don't take it personally mate, it's a comment on a public forum that's all, it will be forgotten about in an hour. Re: climbing and big dismantles.....I know and work with Pete and I can assure you he is very experienced in both climbing and big dismantles.....like you say...he doesn't know you and you don't know him
  7. Next time do the same again but ditch the veg oil and replace with non bio. All you have done in make the washing liquid work hard to disperse and break down the oil content in the wash....you don't need veg oil
  8. Looking good, it's a huge project Mike took on and it's come on a lot since our visit. He is a true gentleman and passionate at what he does. If anyone hasn't seen this project and is going to Jonesies show, I would definitely converse with Les and arrange to see it. There are some cracking big trees too
  9. The component was in its own little box inside foam, the little box was really tough, it could have been sent in that alone, you'd have had to stamp on it to damage it
  10. My component was £3.20 and the postage was £12 and mine was also coming from America. I thought exactly the same, the distance must be the high postage cost
  11. It's a dc-dc 7-36v input, 5v 7.5w 1.5a output non isolated converter Yes, you only have to put my name in google and it's splattered all over, I should change my name by deed pole to Mary Smith or something, there's a lot more of them about
  12. Just received this electronic component for my mini arb truck, what'd all the packaging about? The component is next to the 2p piece
  13. Just washed mine in the sink with washing up liquid and bold washing powder, came out easy peasy
  14. It's for me not them, I want to know how many and what angle to approach from
  15. Stage two of the security improvements since attempted theft, don't know whether to mount a camera on it or a machine gun
  16. Dear Stihl I will shop where I choose, not where you dictate. I own 16 professional Stihl products and 3 Husqvarna. I can easily buy spares for both online, 90 percent of all my business purchases are done online and will continue to be the case. If Stihl want to exclude themselves from that business then so be it.
  17. It's good gear, very tough. Using mine today
  18. The camera is stunning and this was with a smudge on the lens
  19. I won't hesitate to buy a new one, I love them
