  2. Yes but can I drive it ?? Plannings a pain in the butt, I might just request a site meeting and tell them what I intend to do with the area and ask what plannings I need for log storage, barn, polytunnel, chip storage etc etc
  3. At least with connies you've got a nice chewy hinge that holds till the death, your butt would have been puckering if it had been a syc with that side lean

  5. Site picture On the first pic, taken from top of site, you can make out the mound of spoil on the left. Second pic taken from bottom of site
  6. I'm thinking about levelling my yard which is on a slight slope, I think it is shaley soft rock with a foot or so of clay soil on top. I basically want to take the spoil from the top and dump it below to average out the slope, the area to be levelled will be about 40m x 40m plus theres a few hundred ton of spoil to pull out and level across I was thinking of getting in a big 360 for the day but need to weigh up the costs. Does anyone know the costs for a 360 and local transport to and from site
  7. You have to be awkward dont you Graham Vacuum could be ruled out by undoing cap and trying to start again. Could also be an electrical breakdown problem in plug or coil. I have two saws and swap parts over to eliminate one thing at once coil wise etc then you can definately pin it down to fuel or airleak
  8. I hope you washed that harness and rope first, it was caked in muck last time I saw it

  10. Forgot to say, be real careful if you use an airline to blow the gunge away from the gauze filter as you may blow the gauze out and lose it
  11. It's not phsycic, you've got to press the button from the outside or pull the lever from the inside. Failing that the linkage to the door catch has come adrift
  12. I know Mark, when you were putting the gob in did they tell you to stop when you got to Dover

  14. Between me and thee Tony, we'll push the scientific boundarys Tree care science
  15. I only light my fire once, then it burns for around 5 or 6 months non stop . I just stack it full at night then shut the airflow down, it's still lit in the morning so just top up, if I go to work I just load it up and shut the airflow down again
  16. Tis a new technique my learned friend, if it's good enough for miyagi san, it's good enough for me. Wax on ..............wax off Wax on ..............wax off
  17. That did occur to me but I found it much more entertaining gaffa taping it up whilst chucling like a big kid
  18. Graham I can tell you exactly what it is You will have to be able to take off the carb to solve the problem. If you look at the carb, on side will have a chrome plate secured with four screws one on each corner, the other side will have a cast plate secured with one screw in the middle. Undo the plate with the one screw in the middle and remove the plate. This is where your fuel enters the carb and you'll find a small round hole about 8mm diametre with a mesh/gauze filter in it. You'll find that this mesh filter is blocked with brown gunge. Give it a blow out to clear the gunge and reassamble
