  1. There's chillin then there's taking the Mick (no offence meant to any Micks )
  2. Stove on full blast, nice comfy settee, why not ??
  3. Any chipper built to a 750kg limitation is going to be stuck with components that have been used based on their weight and not their strength. It seems they may have used said bearings on the 190 too ??
  4. They dont go from fine to fail Dave, although it appears that they do. They grumble or go dry for quite a while first. Hard to pick up by the user but not by an engineer or decent mechanic with a stethoscope. You just touch it on the bearing outer case and it will sound like a bag of spanners
  5. I mean the bearings can be replaced before they fail, if they are checked on 50-100 hour or major service intervals as they should be, then bearing play / rumble will be picked up on and sorted
  6. Good post tom Timberwolf along with a lot of other manufacturers have a lot to contend with. Firstly they have to try to build a machine to satisfy a budget, which is difficult, then they have to build a machine that is robust and reliable and keep it sub 750kg which is extremely difficult. If the rules change and the tow limit was raised to 1000kg it would take a huge amount of pressure off manufacturers and give us a more substantial and reliable machines for our money At the end of the day you get what you pay for, simples Just to add, if the chippers were serviced as they should be then the bearing problems would be picked up on the service schedule.
  7. Did I ever tell you about the asian drug dealer that knocked on my back door after being kidnaped, stabbed with a samuri and then tried to run over him in a drug wars assassination attempt ?? I told him to take his top off and show me the stab wound otherwise I'd knock him out, I thought he was setting me up till he collapsed You couldn't make it up mate
  8. I think a bad design fault on the Timberwolfs is how narrow they are for reversing
  9. My luck is going to change soon Stevie when I win the Euromillions this weekend, £90m spondulies. If I win I'll buy you one of those nice new mogs to do your shopping in and drop off the kids at school
  10. Last night had the police round after a group of yobs threw a brick through the daughters boyfriends car window on his way to our house. Then this morning another car has had a wrestle with the landrover, again not my fault. A young female driver just indicated and turned straight into the side of me coming into my lane . I tried to get out of her way but there was a car on my right in the other lane Luckily her mum was with her (who at first tried to balme me then realised she was grasping at straws ) as she burst into tears. Again I just said these things happen dont worry about it, theres no damage to mine and hers was just a totalled wing mirror. I think I'd better stay in for a few days
  11. Only the big rings (but I dont like big rings ), they seem to split better when wet.

  13. Left dog, "come on hurry up" Right dog, "blummin ek, a talking dog!!"
  14. "Go on...just a quicky?" "what you talkin about fool........there aint no bitch here !!"
  15. Ad has suggested a caption competition for this photo and he will donate a prize for the winner. Just be careful with the comments, my dogs are professional Gundogs, hard as nails and are very sensetive to ridicule
  16. He looks proper gay dont you think Ad ?? How can you work with him dressed like that
  17. Did you find anything out about the mignon ? I currently have the Thor practico 20t Pto splitter and am considering down grading to the mignon 10.5 ton with the petrol engine so I can free up the tractor whilst splitting Mignon below
