  4. ive had a few but as mentioned before a re think usually sorts the problems out.If it does'nt feel right my advice is dont push it as your confidence will be stretched and things could go wrong. Good thread.

  7. just about to change from cinch to ART pos.cinch has started to bite due to wear and tear or maybe just needs a gd clean which is what im trying now but the ART pos looks to be THE 1 and as mentioned nothing wrong with prussic and pulley,still a very smooth option

  14. Got started on the Ash removal on thurs and it turned out to be a perfect day for it,dead still and snowing.Really enjoyed it went back on fri for half day and will be finishing it off on Mon

  18. my question is : when do you pull the plug on it being too cold ? who's hardcore and who's not ? do you consider tree species and characteristics when climbing at the mo. i have a fairly large ash takedown 2moro with some technical lowering,hoping to get it done in 3 days max but might be 2. the team is ready to roll but i suppose just having got back from NZ im adjusting to the english weather and was wondering what the general feel is at the mo. feel free to abuse my pussy pommy attitude
