    I am about to but a new saw, I would like a 395 but I want a 36' bar, Is it easier to go for a 660? What exactly would I have to do to a 395 to run a 36" bar?

    McAlpines won the contract to build the new barracks in Colchester and Woodbridge. They were responsible for all aspects of the site until the site was handed over on completion to the MOD, from then on Sodexho, Landmarc and Atkins defence. These sites are rented by the MOD from a group of independent or private financiers.I know of a couple of companies who are contracted in specifically for the tree work. Landsure to the grounds maintenance. Other parts of the country are run slightly different and may indeed have different contractors, ie Carrillion or BAE. Hope this helps?

    Andy, if you use the planning portal you can upload documents such as air photos and maps. With a little manipulation you can show specific trees etc. I suppose there has to be a plus to the portal?
