With the spiderjack there is a friction stub which you operate with your thumb. With a little practice you can have very slick movements as fast or as slow as you want. A Dean suggested use a sling if you want it further away fro the harness for fut locking or thrusting.

I've got a spiderjack and I love it! It does take a while to get used to it but once you do its great!

If I turn up I expect to get paid! If they don't want to climb thats OK but there is normaly somthing else to do!

Remove the cap, place a piece of plain paper on top of an appropriate size glass and place the cap on the paper. leave overnight. There will be a nice print where the cap was. Very usefull aid!

There are no cats near me, I have a German Wirehaired Pointer! I saw only this week a woman was killed from eating a death cap!

Bad spelling! do they fit the hitch climber? The reason I say this is my mongoose dont! The top of the Krab is too wide to fit the holes in the HC. I had to buy the OK Krabs. -

I little more research, I think its a false death cap (edible but would you!?). its produced white spores with a slight yellow ring on the edge where the veil meets. Its not a destroying angel, its not pale enough.

Found this and I thought it was a death cap but using the book I got of Lee with another book I think it maybe a false death cap? Anyone confirm or know what it is? I am doing a spore print and will post the results.

Lee, got the book on Friday, many thanks! Great little book. I have used it to cross refrence with another book on what I think is a Death Cap. I will post pics today and I am sure somebody here will correct or confirm! Once again, Thanks!
