Very good post!! I wondered why it was a women only event, if there had been a men only event it would have been seen as sexist. The only advantage to a women only event is that you may get girls who feel more comfortable with other women, but to be honest I think girls like that are going to struggle in this industry,IMO. -
I've been in tree work for getting on for 14 years and I am a lot stronger today than I was when I started and I have not set foot in a gym in those 14 years

You must be doing it wrong, my groundie has put on about 1.5 stone (muscle not fat) and has got much stronger in the 18 months he's worked for me.

I started on one just like that, mine was so stiff you could hold 3 or 4 foot of it straight out in front of you, don't miss it one bit!!
