That was my understanding to Dean. But Yew is ALL poisonous, wood, bark, foliage, etc, but is known as a good fire wood, so I would not worry.

I never use ladders for "trees". Hedges yes, but only if there is no other way.

Spot on Dean! LOL!!! If he came with us I would recommend a dicta-phone!, and he could type it up later!! I might add we have a faultless H&S record. Its about common sense and being pragmatic, IMO, NOT "just" ticking box's on a form. Their was a guy on radio 4 who ran several businesses very successfully and he said it would be IMPOSSIBLE to run a business, these days, without breaking the law. He said that the secret, as a manager, is to know which ones to break.
