  1. Dean, its better to "snipe" yourself! its such a buzz!!
  2. Agree! BUT, he was probably fear full of losing his job! and it would appear rightly so. Your staff need to feel they can admit to their errors, without fear of getting the boot, IMO.
  3. I could be wrong but, some times these "experts" like to maintain their positions, bit of an elite club, they like to be the ones who dish out their "wisdom" in a way that suits them. And when someone who is not in "their club" starts to share knowledge or in this case knowledge and photos, they don't like it. I for one really enjoy you pic's and post's! Please keep it up!
  4. Woolworth failure is down to very, very poor management, their is a place for them IF they are run correctly. I don't think they will disappear. I think many of the businesses that fail over the coming months have only kept going as we have been in a boom, their failure is down to unsustainable business models that as only worked because of cheap credit and continual growth, IMO.
  5. Very true!!, the thieves that steal the most are often wearing a suit!
  6. Agree! When lads are new they often just try TOO hard to impress. After a while they don't try at all
  7. Or look for work else where, as they mite think they may be next to go

    Pts

Congrats on getting work!! The PTS is not a problem, they go through it all with you and then test you on the stuff you've been told, you'd have to be somewhat dim to fail, IMHO. They will want a sample for drugs testing and you get a basic medical. You'll be fine, I'm sure! Good look with the new job.
  9. I don't. I concentrate on what I'M doing, I couldn't give a toss what others choose to do.
  10. You just don't get it, do you! :banghead: To many of us ITS NOT RUBBISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't throw it away, it ALL gets used!!!!!!, fuel, mulch, cattle bedding, compost, etc. Is it really so difficult to understand???????????:confused1:
  11. I tend to just sort of scramble up.
  12. I disagree, if it the first time you've read it then its "new" to you.
  13. WASTE!!!!!!!!!!!!! you mean "arisings" surly!!!
  14. That sounds like a very good setup for the job!!
  15. Thats easy Bob, just put "ski" on the end of each word, eg treeski, chainsawski, ropeski.
  16. I hope they have both been encouraged to learn to read, it is a vital life skill, IMO. If only so they can come on here!!
