  4. I have used my accounts extensively to get finance, but they have never been "audited" accounts.
  5. To carry out an "audit" (there is a clue in the name ) Maybe I'm wrong, but I pay over £2k and mine ain't audited .
  6. Their point is to stop the front drive train being pushed round buy the front wheels, causing wear and fuel inefficiency.
  7. Are you sure?? I thought for audited accounts they have to come too you home and business address and carry out an audit (which is very expensive) I am LTD and have never had audited accounts.

  13. Nope It was very rare retrospective legislation, meaning all chippers regardless of how long before the change they were built they must be altered to meet the new regs. I'm quite surprised that you Tom, who is such a fan of training and would favor more legislation, are using such a machine.

  17. True, but if its my door thats closing I'm entitled to be less than happy about it.
  18. When I get a T/O who says that, I just advice him that the clients insurers will no longer cover that tree, as they have been advised its unsafe, so the council will now have to take responsibility for it. When this is pointed out to them they seem to have a change of heart.
