  3. Some one has removed the pipes, when I owned the mog it was piped for grab and rotator, I still have the grab I used on it.

  5. What a ridiculous post!! We all, each and every day pay people to do all manner of things we could do ourselves, but chose to pay others to do, clean our windows, service vehicles, prepare food, etc,etc.

  7. I'm just glad the Victorians did not think like that, they looked to the future and we reaped the benefit. These are not natural woodland trees, they were planted deliberately to create a vista, I feel we should do out bit to maintain that vista for future generations.
  8. Just googleing any companies name will soon tell you wether the are VAT reg or not.
  9. The vast majority of my quotes are verbal or email, so no letter head. Do companies really run someones VAT number by HMRC check its genuine before accepting a quote?????

  13. I just stripped my timber trailer down to a 14' flat bed, ratchet strapped it on (bit of overhang) towed home with my mog.

  17. Stevie was referring to using a running bowline to attach the rope up in the crown, where you do need a branch of sufficient strength.
  18. Yes, but does that not involve attaching at the trunk, within reach ?(fishing rod method) which appears not to be the case here.
