  3. What the legal definition of "derelict"???
  4. We have a dead Elm to remove, interestingly there is a neighbouring Elm thats in rude health. According to the customer it was treated by Myerscough collage to prevent DED. Apparently the dead tree was already to far gone to be treated. Obviously its not that uncommon for some Elms in a group to survive, so it could just be coincidence that this tree lived. Does anyone know anything about the treatment and how successful it was??
  5. I would imagine so, its very clear on the original TPO plan, its got a 10ft gate and the first 15meters even has a kerb at one side and is stoned up.
  6. Lets say there is a building with a woodland TPO, the building falls into disrepair, trees grow with the build, the owner then wishes to repair the building. Would consent be needed to remove trees within the building??
  7. I think with a woodland TPO new trees are covered once they reach 75mm at breast hight. Group TPO is as you state.
  8. What are peoples thoughts on this please, A woodland TPO, it was put in place to protect trees prior to the building of some new homes. The outer line of the TPO plan goes over the end of an access track to some farm land. At the time the PTO was made the track was in use and there were no trees on the land containing the track. In the 30+ years since the TPO was made some young trees have grown up blocking the track. The owner of the land and the track has passed away the new owner of the land wishes to regain vehicular access to the land. Are the trees protected?

  10. Does it have "Auto Sweep"?? When I first got my 252 I was very disappointed, but then I disconnected the "Auto Sweep" this transformed the machine, takes more skill and effort to use, but massively increases production, IME.
  11. National insurance has become the only insurance where the ones who claim the most have paid the least in premiums, many having never paid any at all.
  12. But injuring yourself outside work is a sackable offence, surely????
  13. Its just because its been accessed through ebay.com, instead of ebay.co.uk. If you change address bar it changes to pounds.
