i just spent £340 on a hedge cutter. spent too much on kit this year alreay.

nope firday and saturday. we have the schools day tomorrow and then is the counrtyside day on sat. so plenty happening. look out for me . i will be on the ground as i have injured my back

i find the hi flex's are cooler and dont make you sweat as much as the strech airs. however i do feel safer in my strech airs. feels like the protection is better.

i use a 5 metre lanyard as do many other people on my course. i found the 3 to be too short for certain cange overs. but thats just what i thought. the 5's are more clumbersome though.

glad to hear your happy with your harness. hope i was a little help . once the skylotech is set up and sort of moulded to you its so much nicer.

im 17 been working as a groundie/ climber for about a year and a half now.

its not level one forestry haha. i did that last year.

im studying an ND in arb at sparsholt college in hampshire.

i dont like spikes really. but i suppose its becasue i havnt had much exsprience with them.

i am also at college and my major tickets i come out with are cs 30,31 38 and 39. but also dismantle, chipper, stump grinder and mewp . these are offered to me as a secondary learning goal so they wil be free. you shuld see if your college offers the same thing

i dont own a pair of spikes.still at college. i just moved my anchor point about untill i had a pole i could fell. i was making use of what i had really need to invest in some spikes. any recomendations?

i know it should be let my standards slip a little on saturday. shouldnt do that because thats how accidents happen.

oh yes. was a really tight space and couldnt get round the tree to put the sink in. im using a skylotech/ekn. really comfy harness.

one of the petrol timberwolf's. for the size and cost they are a very good machine.
