  1. id say this is a good point , put th emoney away yourself isa or similar , I wouldn't trust this sort of thing when self employed too many get out clauses bound to be factored in

    my thoughts save all the hassle put the mower in the back of Toyota. I cant see the point pulling a trailer with an empty pickup
  3. Thats the thing with changing jobs. I never know why someone experienced at one job earning good money thinks they will get anything like the same money moving to a job they have know experience and takes some time to develop before they are earning their keep.

  7. Check out fuel genie. Fill up in supermarkets. We also have keyfuels. But hardly ever use it because of having to detpur too much. They also very rarely come in better than supermarket prices.

  11. In all honesty....its something you just need to test the water. If youve got the timber and its surplus what do you want for it if someones collecting it??? If your paying rent on the space its sat on your going to want more than if your not.if there is more softwood than hardwood someones possibly going to turn their nose up at it.....not so good if youve just bought a van to do deliveries Id advertise it. Collection only see what it goes like. If you make money alls good if not , well you havnt lost too much

  13. Where are you based? Ive got lots of spares for one ,rollers ,stress cpntrol unit etc. The id say the paint and the stress control are the only real jobs.
  14. Is it really cost effective? Seems a lot of work transporting one to then dismantle and remount . id also be wary about the integrity of the lift , if the vans been neglected it could prove costly at loler time.

  16. when I done my first one I actually done a google search a brilliant little step by step screw by screw guide came up . it was an easy job when you hade the correct routine

  18. i actually bit the bullet and ordered a new grinder , mvm bm 850. Saturn are dealing them and they have been very helpful on the whole thing
  19. we also have 2 3120 xp's both with 3ft bar and a 880 with 4ft bar we used to be using them all very regular. but they don't come out too much any more ,I just cant bring myself to sell good kit though

  21. been searching there for sometime im a little stuck with the power to most of these . only have single phase in the workshop
  22. thinking on that I suppose the tormek jig could be adapted to take 2 blades. I really did want a wet system for this . blades im doing are all t/w 150 ,190 and 75/230 . im just hoping I can source something within reasonable price to do the lot . nothing worse than getting a setup that cannot do the whole job
