  1. Deffo get a eppi pen and through the summer carry it with you at all times. Your hand swelling up is one thing but there is a possibility that you could swallow a wasp either in a of coke that it has flown in to or the slim chance that it flew in to your mouth and then your throat would swell up just like your hand and you would find it hard to breath.
  2. Lister Wilder, you will be lucky if you get anything out of them, they might try to sell you a new chipper though!

  10. I was told that heave would only happen if the tree was there before the house! is this right?
  11. I guess your clients should get a expert in this field in if they have recieved a report. The neighbours have allready Paid out for a report, so how far are they going to take things? If there is subsitance and its caused by the connys and by the looks of things there in your clients garden so could be liable!
  12. Problems like this are always a hassle especially if things get legal. Maybe your clients should seek advice from a surveyor that that specialises in subsidence if there particularly worried over the situation with the neighbour. A long term cliant of mine had problem with her neighbours over a fence line, it ended up costing both of them over £1000 and a lot of stress!
  13. I think subsidance can only really happen on heavy shrinkable clays, what is the soil type?
  14. You've not taken no where near enough off!!
  15. Do you get much rain over there as americans cars & kit always looks so clean?
  16. Not sure but when I got towed by the RAC he puled me a few junctions down the M4.
  17. you can tow on the motorway with a bar not a rope.
  18. If a freinds car needed towing home and you had a licance after 97 say, would you be allowed to tow or not as the car ways over 750kg?
  19. Funny, they didn't have time to come around when I had my stuff nicked!!!

  24. I cant remember where I head this but a durnk driver was stopped on a hard shoulder sleeping and had been reported, police & Fire brigade turn up and driver says he has neck problems (trying to get out of drunk driving) Firemen cotton on to this and say to man the roof has to come off car to get him out. (Verry expensive Merc) Man says hes ok, Firemen say no and take his roof off. Drunk driver = no insurance , roof off car ........Haha.
