  1. Inseminate her and move to Australia!
  2. Murupara is in the middle of a huge Forest. The gangs (one in particular in Murupara) grow alot of weed in the Forest. Murupara was a toilet in the late 90"s when I worked around there, there was a real devide between the guys who got up at 4am to go logging and the guys who sat around growing pot.
  3. Looks too Knotty to Mill mate. But thats my non millers opinion. You could make some fetching blocks for jacking up Machinery,"Victorian Axel Stands".
  4. Jensen Chippers are made by people who's Grandparents were probably Nazis.Sell your Jensen if you feel bad about that.
  5. Its a Poplar on the edge of a field Marc.In that field the tops of the Grass are eaten by Animals, and the tops grow back.

  7. Wire Rope Services About Us You will want 7mm,IWRC,Right hand ordinary lay.
  8. Just that there is no work there.I liked living in Reporoa, you could deal with the local Rangi's sifting your stuff.Murupara was a Mill and Logging town, but with the advancement of the Highway and better faster vehicles to get the guys to work. Most of the Blokes live in Taupo now.
  9. Just down the road from that old logging gear is a big Mill, then this spent little town that seemed to be populated by tweakers. There is nothing there of note, better to spend the night in Ferndale. Avenue of the giants is worth the ride.Scotia and Rio Del,not so much.
  10. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KrlU-vXC4BA]Failed Air Drops - YouTube[/ame]
  11. "K-village" if your on the Radio to Waiotapu, most people call it "K-vill" almost like "E-vill".I lived down the road from there in Reporoa for a while.Used to get little Rangi's raiding our sheds trying to pinch things.
  12. When I worked in the Bush,we used to call it Soweto. It was so shadey in the 90"s they never turned off the Street Lights
  13. Scotia is also like a little Murupara. Its the only place I felt tense, maybe it was a bad day there.
  14. Surely in pre Automotive times, the green lanes in the Countryside were anything but Green? If everyone had to walk then, surely they would have been churned up. So why isn't the damage visable today?
  15. I've done a bit of this. Pay me to come over and set it up.Done once, done right.
  16. About 16 years ago I was working Logging in New Zealand,I heard a guy kind of yodeling and though not alot of it.Some of the Maori guys used to sing when they were felling. Then I saw the other Faller stumbling around and realised somthing was wrong. I ran over and the guy was in a bad way,he had lost half of his face and blood was pumping out of a empty eye socket.I radioed the Yarder to say what was up.He had dropped his felling belt that had his first aid kit on it.We were taught to use the casualty's dressing first and like a nob I took off trying to find his belt instead of using mine.I found his belt and returned to find him semi conscious. After applying both his and my feild dressings to no real avail some guys came down the Hill to tell me the Helo was on its way but we had to carry him up the Hill as it was too tight to get the machine in the gully. By the time he was up on the Skid Site he had turned from a natural brown to green, was pale and pretty much looked dead. The Helo landed and off he went to Rotorua Hospital. What had happened was that a long Stick had come out of a tree he was felling,it struck him because he wasn't looking up.
  17. Everthing is more expensive.Bring all that you will need.
